The year of the eShop continues, ya'll. I'm intrigued to see what this is all about, hadn't heard of it before.
 
EDIT: Pretty neat, actually. The three layers of lava worlds near the end was really trippy, I bet the 3D makes this game look awesome. Will be downloading this.

Another great game I won't play untill they release a 3DS version with better battery life and (very unlikely) a second circle pad.

eshop games continue to be a more compelling reason for me to buy a 3DS than actual 3DS games.

I approve of the train's new "Luxury First Class" car.

As a 3DS owner I'm so happy about the eshop's quality of titles. Couldn't give a fuck about Kid Icarus or and other retail 3DS game at this point, the eshop is delivering enough great games at prices that make sense.

Music's giving me serious flashbacks of pokemon blue.

The eShop seems to make a compelling argument for why you should own a 3DS, especially if they continue this trend of small and interesting games like this. I am curious as to how long this game's concept would last before one would get bored with it though.

We don't need to get 3D glasses for quicklooks, we need Giant Bomb app on the 3DS. 3D Quicklooks everywhere.

Man. I know the Patrick bandwagon is already heaving but damn it... him speaking soo much and the way he exhausts every single point is really hard for me to watch. I know people will shout at me but I did prefer the content of this site before he showed up. The game looks cool though. Maybe a bit pricey.

i'm normally totaly pro patrick but yeah: some rotation would be nice. the last 4 quicklooks i watched now where all patrick + 1. then the bombcast and all the other stuff and it's getting hard to hear one voice all day.

Yeah same here. It's only really noticeable to me when he is in the drivers seat of a QL. I don't dislike Patrick at all. He likes the way LOST ended, he likes Mirrors Edge. Hell, we buds then! we need a fifth voice of GB who looks at things from a different perspective because otherwise it's usually moan city.

The only reasons I can't take so much Patrick.

1. They way his voice will sometimes hit a really high pitch and just stay there for the remainder of his sentence.

2. Whenever something unusual or surprising happens and he just says "UP! UUUUUUUUP!"

Don't you see this is GiantBomb's ploy to get premium memberships. Put Patrick in every quick look and only have Vinny in the premium content.

It's a neat mechanic, but Paper Mario already did stuff like this and more... but not in optical illusion 3d, so that's cool.

The last 4 quick looks I've watched had Brad in them. (Final Fantasy XIII-2, Soul Calibur V, Warp, & this one). It's like those people who see the numbers 23 everywhere. If you look for it, you will see it.

If so many people have an issue, perhaps there's actually something behind it instead of just whining.
