This makes me glad that my 360 is dead. I do not like this at all. If I do ever fix my 360, I think I'll just not update and stay offline.

Why?  It's faster (other than the bumper movement as Jeff pointed out), cleaner and quicker to load.  They removed a lot of the clutter that everyone complained about.  Other than that, it's basically the same.
 
Personally, I hate the PS3 and PSP's menu's, but I'd never consider not using them just because I don't like the UI's.

Looks kind of neat, for a small update. Everything has a much cleaner appearance, at the very least.
 
Also count me in as another person bitter about not being able to use ESPN3 because my ISP doesn't support/pay for it. Bright House just loves giving me new reasons to dislike their lackluster service.
