How friggin' hard is it to just bring a sequel or a remake of Re-Volt, the best RC car racing kart-style game?

Did this game have any type of quality control?  The god damn race names aren't even capitalized properly. 
 
ETA: And for the most of them, they didn't even make an attempt to do a quality pun.

This game looks bad enough I don't even care that the video ends 20 seconds early. Although, i think that might be a sign of something worse going on at GB today.

This makes me miss Re-Volt :(

Stick to Sonic & Sega All Star's Racing if you want a pretty decent kart racer of late to be frank as this looked mind numblingly boring.
