Excited to see what SCIENCE thinks of SFxT today.

I hope 2017 sees them doing this more often. It might be my favorite video series Giant Bomb does.

I really enjoyed Street Fighter x Tekken. As a middling to novice fighting games player, it allowed me to play co-op with a friend that is actually good at them and have a lot of fun by doing a bit of damage and tagging him in when things got rough. It meant I wouldn't just constantly lose to people online and I had a person who would coach me in real time when I was playing.

Xmen children of the atom and Marvel super heroes were like some sort of dream in that it seemed impossible i was playing as my favorite comic book characters in a Capcom fighting game that was good. Especially seeing Iron Mans super for the first time it was maybe the coolest move ever.

MSH is genuinely the best looking and most fun Marvel Capcom game. It all went downhill from there, really, gamebreaking gems aside.

I'm so glad the science is back! My GB wish for 2017 is just more of these. Also I quite enjoyed SFxT. The Gem system was a novel idea but I don't think it was great in practice, but I had plenty of fun with that game otherwise.

I'm here for the science.

I'd love for them to apply science to Justice League Task Force. It was the first fighting games I ever owned so I played it a lot but I'm pretty sure it was absolute garbage. Maybe they'll look at it close to when Injustice 2 is coming out.

2017 is the year of REALITY DANGER

Shuma Gorrath is one of my favorite characters in MSHvSF. You can use his medium punch throw to drain health and his medium kick throw to drain meter. His super is that he gains a buff for a limited time that changes his medium punch into a throw that basically does a Raging Demon. His away toward punch attack would put eyeballs on the enemy that were like mines that would blow up after a short time, so you could land those and then do an air combo and get extra hits in from the eyes exploding.

Also I remember in MSH (the game they actually played) that Hulk was the most ridiculously overpowered character if you knew how to play him.

Jason set the SFxT round timer to infinite to hide one of the biggest flaws of the game and possibly the #1 reason it flopped, smooth move, lol. Capcom apologist to the max.

I really look forward to these, but always get bored after about 15 minutes of the same game. I think this series could benefit from taking shorter looks and covering more games each episode.

I love all the fighters Capcom put out on CPS2. The sound, look, and feel is just superb. Easily rivals, if not beats, Neo Geo in pound for pound greatness.
