City Hunter's five minute Street Fighter section was a more faithful adaptation of Street Fighter than this movie...

That said, I do loooooooove to hate it. And I'm sure when Guile shouts "DON'T WORRY, CHARLIE! I'M COMING TO RESCUE YOU!" into a camera he knows Bison is watching, Charlie was just thinking "Thanks...dude...thanks for calling me out specifically...ass"

I could swear I've heard somewhere before that this movie was developed as a GI Joe movie, but something went wrong with the licensing so it got adapted it into a Street Fighter movie at the proverbial last minute.
