First time I've seen Jared Rea and it's twice in a day. Watched his new show Frame Trap earlier today. I thought he looked familiar.

Fighting games really seem to lend themselves to the TNT format better then other games. I always dig fighting game TNT's.

The comments about "Not being good at fighting games" also seems to apply to FPS games on other media sites... Not as bad here, but when you look at something like IGN comments on Modern Warfare or something people are all like "Why don't they find someone who knows how to play???!!""

I love Jared. At times it's sort of obvious he's talking too much or just way over the crew's heads, but it never gets too out of hand. I hope this isn't the last we see of him on GiantBomb because I think he'd probably be a good fit on future fighting game TNTs.

What they said about the fighting game community is so incredibly true. The whole analogy with the drunk uncle and all that jazz is perfect. I'm glad something like FrameTrap exists because if you ask me, the fighting game community fucking needs it.

anyone else just getting tired of seeing street fighter? ever since sf4 came out, every 6 months theres a new street fighter game or street fighter "spinoff" game, which, frankly, all look the god damn same, and its just getting boring to watch them play street fighter for the 100th time in like 3 years. its getting worse than CoD

If you think that Street Fighter III and IV look the same then I really feel sorry for your eyesight. and no it's not worse than CoD because Street Fighter IV is still, Street Fighter IV. It isn't pretending to be a new game, you have the option to buy the new versions of the game at a discounted price if you choose to do so. add those tho your already long list, and thats a lot of fucking street fighter in 3 years. and in the 90s i was too young to know wtf was going on with street fighter (and i barely knew what it was cause i didnt give 2 shits about fighting games). And frankly, im surprised that they arent trying to resell you SF4 with the ver 2012 patch, since capcom somehow is unable to patch any of their other fighting games

@BLipp18: Frankly speaking, fighting games are a lot more fun to watch granted if played well, then watching FPSs during TNTs...excluding UT 2004, Quake 3, and Team Fortress 2.

I'm not a fan of Jared. He knows his shit for sure, but I personally am not into fighting games enough to really be interested in what he's saying. Also, I really don't like his hair cut.

This makes me really want to pick this game up...I'm just not sure I have the time/patience to even become proficient at it.

Also great job on commentary, Jared. Walking the tight-rope of interesting and accessible very well.
