A sci-fi MMORPG developed by Cryptic Studios and Perpetual Entertainment which allows players to fight amongst the ranks of Starfleet, join the Klingon Empire, or rebuild a Romulan homeworld.
Now that I got your attention; I was wondering what are the chances that we could say, muster a fleet of maybe 15-20 ships (or more) and just follow around Brad when he gets on "for the lulz". As far as I'm aware, there are multiple of instances in the game. However I notice that there is a "change instance" button lying somewhere around in the cluttered and confusing UI.
I'm going to just guess that there are some instances with a player count maybe. I know Sol System and Starport 24 (or whatever its called) has a higher player count from some glimpse (I saw 19 players in the instance I was before being put into the massive battle right there). So, do you think it would work out if we got a small stalking fleet to serve under Brad's will? =P

I'm guessing they probably want to record a somewhat realistic look at what the game is really like to play for a regular player, at least to begin with. I could be wrong.

I'm sure they'd be psyched to see a hella guys following them plus they gave giantbomb 2000 beta keys to an MMO they had to be expecting this.

Plus additonally; I'm pretty sure they are recording this as a source of entertainment for Giant Bombers. Sure it might not be intentional, but a lot of their videos are entertaining. It would be awesome to see their reaction when suddenly the whole Space Neon Lobster fleet is backing them up.

@CitizenKane: Oh, sorry dude. You could at least report it as a bug. Can you beam back up to the ship and back? Maybe restart the game or something? Just throwing some ideas out there.
@Robitt: Yeah I'll probably start a new character. I wasn't that far anyways, but it still pisses me off a lot because it goes along with not being able to get into the servers 90% out of the day.
Now I am wondering if it's going to to be worth it anyways. I don't know how long Brad & Co. are going to continue their mini-ER and I won't be able to buy this game when it comes out.
I was able to get in three times yesterday. Just load the game, let it kick you back, re enter password, then keep clicking "log in" 10 or 15 cycles then alt+tab and take a break. Repeat until you're in.
To change instances, either bring up the big map and look at the bottom buttons, or click the triangle on the minimap for a list of options including change instance.
If anyone of you wants to enter the Space Neon Lobsters pm me, Otakon@gosukiller, or try to find our fleet-members in search (a search for Lobsters should work). We got quite a few giantbombers on it already.
Is there a Lobsters chat channel established or is there a fleet made up? I can only find a few people online and they accepted my friend requests but no one seems to know how to do anything. Hah.

In other words, if you see me online, hit me up and I'll definitely be up for stalking him and doing his bidding. Apart from when he tells me to go away that is, lol. :-)
Okay well apparently we tried working out a raid in one of the instances earlier today (beyond midnight for me), and it turned out that adding more than 5 people in one instance doesn't work. So technically speaking we can't really stalk Brad in most instances unless if it was one that had a bigger player cap; such as the docking and Starbase 24. =(
So for the most part... just hope you can get into a team with them fast enough.
