Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

Join Mario in his first RPG adventure! Explore new and previously unseen areas of the Mushroom Kingdom on a quest to stop the mechanical Smithy on a path of conquest in this collaboration between Square and Nintendo.

Objects

Arwing

Fox McCloud and his gang would be nowhere without their trusty Arwings. This futuristic fighter jet has upgradable laser canons, can deploy bombs, and—of course—do a barrel roll.
Barrel

A barrel is a hollow cylindrical container, traditionally made of wood staves and bound with iron hoops. In video games, it is used in many ways to fill up a level or even be used in one. They also may explode. Use caution when around barrels.
Bed

A furniture that provides a place to sleep. In video games, often used to regain health, skip time and *ahem* other activities...
Bill Blaster

Bill Blasters are black cannons, designed for firing Bullet Bills. Like many other objects in the Mushroom Kingdom, they resemble pipes. Some Blasters can fire from both sides.
Blue Falcon

Captain Falcon's F-Zero machine, a very easy to pilot and well balanced craft that has become the symbol of F-Zero races.
Bob-omb

Mechanical bomb that will chase you for a short time until it blows up. I wonder what is going on in their heads. Wind it up, light the fuse, and stand back. 3, 2, 1... BOOM!
Bomb

In many previous Mario games, he has had to jump and dodge bob-omb's, but Super Mario RPG allows Mario to use a bombs as weapons. There are four different types of bombs found throughout the game - Fire Bombs, Fright Bombs, Ice Bombs and Sleepy Bombs.
Button

A button is a switch mechanism that is used to control a machine or process.
Cake

The cake in Super Mario RPG can best be described as a perfect mix of "It's a trap" and "The cake is a lie". During Boosters wedding when stress is at its lowest the cake transforms into a giant monster and immediately attacks Mario and Friends.
Carrot

It's orange, it's healthy, and it's good for your sight. Rabbits have been known to have a fondness for this vegetable.
Chandelier

The first major battle takes place atop of two chandeliers inside Bowser's Castle.
Coin

Coins have long been used in video games as both a form of currency and as a means of accruing points.
Cure Ailment Potion

Cures various status effects that have befallen the player. In some games broken up into different status effects, like cure poison or cure confusion
Fan

The War Fan is the 3rd most powerful weapon in Princess Peach's arsenal. It can be bought in Nimbus land for 100 coins. It has an attack power of 60.
Fire Stingray

Samurai Goroh's ship
Fireball

A ball of hot flickering fire. Usually thrown from the hero's hand into the squealing face of the enemy.
Floating Bricks

How powerups are granted in old-school platform games. Also seen in many paddle-controlled games as an object to destroy for points and/or powerups.
Frying Pan

Princess Peache's most powerful weapon. It can be purchased in Molevile under the name of "Metal Plate" for the price of 300 coins. It has an Attack Power of 90 making it not only tied for being the most powerful but also the most highly priced weapon in the game.
Gun

Possibly the first mention of a gun in the Mario Franchise the gun is specific to the character Geno. In true Nintendo fashion it does not look or shoot like a real life gun. The Hand Gun is found in the 5th area and has an Attack Power of 24 with the price point at 75 coins.
Hammer

The hammer is the first Weapon Mario receives in Super Mario RPG. There are four different types of hammers throughout the game that are exclusive to Mario. It is the most recurring weapon in Super Mario RPG.
Hidden Treasure Chest

Just your typical treasure chest that is hidden under normal circumstances. Can usually be revealed by the player.
Koopa Clown Car

Bowser's vehicle of choice. It resembles a cup, with a propeller underneath that keeps the vehicle hovering.
Koopa Shell

Koopa shells are a signature part of the Mario series of games, and come in many different colours and flavours.
Marshmallow

A confection usually made of sugar, water, gelatin and flavoring that is whipped to a light, spongy consistency.
Mine Cart

Essentially a transport trolley locked on a rail. Initially used to bring coal and other mined materials from inside mines to the surface; now it serves multiple uses in video games.
Mushroom

Mushroom is the familiar term used to describe a gilled fungus which may or may not bear a stem. Mushrooms are the "fruit" of spore bearing fungi.
Mustache

Super Mario RPG is the first game to display Mario's Mustache in the 3d medium.
Seesaw

A seesaw is a long, narrow board suspended in the middle so that, as one end goes up, the other goes down. Often used for extra hight jumping in video games.
Spring

Used to reach higher areas.
Starman

The Starman is an item from the Mario series that makes Mario invincible for a brief period of time. It also appears in various Mario spin-off games from Mario Party to Tennis.
