No one does event coverage quite like Giantbomb.  
 
Looking forward to seeing more Gears of War 3 and Arkham City, think Child of Eden looks fantastic, not enough to make me even consider a Kinect though.

It's great watching Brad and Jeff try not to smile while playing Once Upon a Monster. "We are professionals, we cannot smile." But neither of them are good enough to not smile.

Can't wait for Arkham City. Really hope the rest of us will see some gameplay coming out of GDC

I was hoping to hear about "more".  2/5 of the games we heard about here are multiplatform, and as cute as sesame street is, its not a game that will sell Kinect to me, (if they had a TON of kids games i would buy one for my niece, but 1 doesn't justify that yet). Gears sounds good and it will sell a ton this year just because there isn't a ton of competition on the platfrom this year, where as sony could have used a few of its games to have come out last year. i know games are done when they are done, but last year for sony and this year for Xbox seem like voids.....

I see that Microsoft have killed off the "X" press event name again. Maybe Spring Showcase has more of a ring to it.

I just zone all the Kinect stuff out because I don't own one yet and when I finally get one I want to be as confused about it as possible.

Am I the only one who finds it weird that Batman: Arkham City was at this event? The last game had exclusive content for PS3, which helped it sell better than the 360 version, at least worldwide. Surprised that Sony would let it slip through their grasp...

That child of Eden game seemed vaguely interesting, and then the dude started explaining the universe and mythos behind it, and that decided me. 
 
I will never ever play that game. Ridiculous.

The marionette game looks like an interesting use of the kinect hardware... then you see Jeff in the background struggling with the laggy controls.

You know, seeing the interviews here, it really shows how different GB is, asking proper and different questions rather than the usual bullcrap

These games look awesome, I may have to get a Kinect at some point.

Glad to see Kinect is getting some loving. It seems developers are having fun experimenting with new ideas for their games on Kinect and it's only going to get even better if Microsoft follows through with the plans to keep updating it.
