Here's What Bulletstorm's Action Looks Like

You know, Trent Reznor should really do more FPS soundtracks.
 
Also, this game looks pretty cool.

Painkiller was such an excellent game and in many ways one of the best shooters. Yeah you heard me, best.
 
Why? Because it's a game that could care less about its story and focuses an intense amount on the gameplay. It's completely ridiculous and that's the way Bulletstorm is looking. Saying you're not interested because it's on the Unreal Engine and "shooting people could get boring" is asinine and ignorant. It's just dumb fun, something games were and in the present day, forgot to be. Not everything has to have a fully fleshed out story with 100 hours of gameplay and competitive multiplayer  to be great.

It looks really frantic. Epic just keeps shelling out badass game after badass game. My only concern here is the story, but gameplay wise this looks really sick.

Looks Painkiller for the next generation, which is awesome.

Wow, NIN surprised me. I don't think anyone in any official capacity has ever used that for a game promo. Color me: intrigued. Also, bonus for lots of  " non-diegetic spatial UI".

Looks good but like it will become dated after release and not played much after the 1st playthrough.

Never has FPS face kicking looked more bad ass

yah i'm not sure mad world is the best game to be borrowing from w/ the skill combo system 
but if the shooting is borderlands-y (like it seems to be - hard to tell from just watching) that could be fun

I am very stoked there is a game coming out centered around old school FPS action, and if anyone knows how to deliver it, it's People Can Fly. I enjoy modern shooters, but I always find myself going back to the day when it was just about shooting stuff endlessly and seeing gibs fly everywhere.

That chick looks pretty rough.
 
But this game sure doesn't, I'mma keep a eye on it

Wow. A game that might actually be fun

That cover art they put out on Game Informer a couple months ago really turned me off to this game... I could see what they were going for with the pulp style, but that shit looked atrocious. Gameplay is looking pretty neat though, as long as I never have to see dude's face.
The idea of putting a Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry style combo system into an FPS is a solid one in my book... I hope they can execute, because that looks like fun

Made 100% better just by having NiN.... it looks cool but Reznor r0x the house.

I only watched this to hear pieces of Wish.

Looks like the time of Nolan North is over.  This year is Steve Blum's time to shine.  Seems a little weird considering his voice has shown up much more than Mr. North across entertainment mediums.  He'll always be Spike Spiegel to me though.
 

Looks pretty cool cross between Unreal Tournament and Painkiller, both of which I enjoyed. No more ironsights in fast paced games please.
