I was so sure that I would never buy another resident evil game.........and then this....so fucking sexy.

Of course it is a self-serving comment. I didn't post my opinion for any other reason than to vent my distaste for the franchise. Glad you found it so humorous though, I wasn't even trying.

Looks amazing! Surprised that it's coming out this year. We'll see if it gets another one of those popular Q4 delays into next year. Don't know much about the new guy, but he's voiced by Troy Baker, so I'm ON BOARD!

Is it just me or does anyone else feel dirty for wanting this game, I know Capcom has wronged me before but I just can't stop.

Looks meh to me but oh well took them long enough to listen to fans to put Leon back in yet still leaving in a crap character like Chirs

If it wasn't obvious before, Leon S. Kennedy is the sexiest man in the RE universe. Oh, and this game is lookin' pretty damn awesome. I can't wait!

Yea this isn't convincing me to go back to Resident Evil. For me the series ended at 4.

I remember when the whole thing was about solving puzzles and exploring and atmosphere and story telling. RE4 still had some of that while still being innovative at the time. Now it's all pew pew bang bang bang.

The first little bit seamed interesting, then it just took a swan dive. Leon looks like the dude from Alone in the Dark now and theyre reusing Chris, again which I personally think is the weakest of all the RE characters in terms of story and personality.

Considering the fact that this is their 8th main game ( RE0 and RE:CVX respectively) You'd think it would be nice to see some returning characters like Rebecca or Claire or Ada or whatever Happened to Billy. Never mind the fact they completely ruined Jill as she's now a damn blond cyborg zombie thing.

Nothing about this trailer peaks my interest what so ever. At least that other multiplayer game they're making could be fun. At least that is taking a step out of the fiction as a fan made free for all.

This looks awful. I hate where the resident evil series has gone. 4 was awesome 5 was shit and this looks like there will be even more corniness than 5. Jesus.

I'm quite excited. I have enjoyed every game I've played in the series do far, even Outbreak, and 5 was not at all bad. Seesh if it were the same survival horror game over and over people would be bitching about that. Can't make everyone happy. This new installment looks good, the pairing of Leon and Chris was an excellent idea.

@brassmarsh: Yea, no doubt, this looks like a lame ripoff. RE 5 wasnt even that great, and it looks like they are sticking close to that formula with RE 6, not much deviation. Count me out.

This looks damn good. The third person shooting will probably be clunky and bad, but eh. I odds are most of the game will be me shooting notzombies, and I loved shooting notzombies in RE5, so count me in.

I'm usually not into the new RE games, but this getting back to the roots is definitely exciting.

Reminds me of an action movie with a bullshit plot and huge explosions.

I loved RE4 and 5. Fuck haters. And this looks batshit insane in the way that made its predecessors so great. I'm not sure about the whole cover-based shooting aspect, as it was my least favorite part of 5, but otherwise this is looking great.

Looks good. Now they just need to double the craziness to make it great.

I knew the series wouldn't end with 5, to much money to be made. However, it seems like the story will be pretty good. The game seems to be combining the story arcs of Leon being a secret service agent, Chris and his B.O.W assault team joining the fun, and the guy from Resident Evil: Code Veronica, at least I think that's him. Can't wait.

You know, I had some fun with RE5 co-op, but it was still one of the most disappointing games of the generation with bad controls, stupid A.I. companions, brainless (no pun intended) story with good graphics. We'll see what they do with 6, but at this point, I really don't give a damn about this franchise.

absolutely loved RE4 and did not like RE5 at all, we'll see how this one turns out.

Loved RE4, really liked RE5 and appreciated its big dumb action movie stuff, this looks kinda dumb, in a pretty good way. Definitely excited.

Well, Resident Evil has finally gone off the rails in terms of craziness. Might give the series a try when this comes out!

Damn, I should really play the first four, but I don't have the console(s) and Resident Evil 4 is unplayable on PC...
