Unless they're retarded, they will hint at this. The premise is too interesting to not make an attempt on this theme of questioning reality and moral choice.

If they are smarter, they wont actually have the protagonist's memory "remixed".

If they're really smart, you won't be able to tell the difference.

I thought she was wearing fanservicey nothing as well, but if you look it's just how the colors are coming together. When she's at Frank's window and leans forward, you can see that she is indeed fully clothed and not just wearing some weird costume.

...I could see this being a problem. Now, if this is a game revolving around stealthily making your way to a target or multiple targets and pressing X to initiate whatever memory-changing event there is, I guess that could be a good game but it would severely undercut the potential on display here. At least it seems written competently.

Anyway, this seems interesting enough to keep good track of. I shall remember it.

Looks great! I'm in, as long as it actually turns out to be good, that is.

I feel like this game just might stoke the flames of the oversexualization of female characters in games argument a bit, but whatever.

I know, right? It made me so sad when the entire industry decided, based on misinterpretation of focus testing (probably), that stealth isn't a feature that consumers want in their games. Seems a bit contrived to me.  How do they know that altering his memory in that way would actually result in him shooting himself?  Sure, it's a possibility, but what if he decided to flee the country instead?  Or go to the nearest precinct and confess?  Or try to find the body so he could get rid of it and play it cool?
 
And what's the point in making targets kill themselves?  Won't it get a bit fishy if a string of high-profile individuals start offing themselves one by one?  I think the fuzz would catch on sooner or later.  Also, if she can access their memories and change them, shouldn't the forensic hippocampus technician be able to tell that those memories have been tampered with?
 
I guess it could be neat.

That's what I was thinking, too. I hope they keep it flexible so you don't just follow the same path step by step. Seems almost counter-intuitive to the design theory that they're trying to sell with changing the dynamics of memories.

Still, here's hoping it doesn't end up like Stolen and falling on it's face because of the premise it tethered itself to. I really wanted that game to be good, and it wasn't. This also kind of reminds me of that.

It looks cool, but this game is only going to work if the way you take out people's memory is more free form than linear. If I have to constantly keep resetting the memory over and over until I figure out whatever Rube Golburg device the designer set up to get the proper outcome it's going to suck. However, if the game allows creativity and gives you multiple ways of changing the memory then I could see this being really fun.

I like that this doesn't appear to be a third-person shooter. Its like a Cyberpunk Inception meets Ghost Trick.

Memory manipulation? What is this the original version of BioShock?

Anyway just tell me when this character is going to be in an awesome fighting game.

Also I hated how they showed off a fail state alternate path in this trailer, even if everyone who plays the game will try everything. Also it looks way more fun than Ghost Trick which was kind of boring after awhile but told a great story. Also I don't like how that guy has to die. I didn't want him to die.

So the mechanics of Ghost Trick, the Story of Total Reckal, the game-play of Assaians Creed, the voice acting from Longest Journey, and graphics cherry picked from every other FPS and TPS that came out in the last century, But tinted blue.

I feel the same way. This looks way too easy and simply. Also the aesthetics seem a little bland.

Looks like it might be linear but this maybe a demonstration. This game seams really interesting with the memory manipulation aspects. It would be neat if their were multiple ways of manipulating ones memory to complete the objective. The atmosphere is great. Looking forward to it
