Tecmo Bowl Throwback Trailer

I only wish that this were the Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES.  That game was kick ass.  But this will do.

I am gonna play this while wearing a throwback jersey and drinking some throwback Mountain Dew.

Man, I had no idea this game didn't have the NFL/NFLPA licenses. Bummer. Looks like I'll definitely be keeping it in 2D mode the entire time.

SOLD! I love me some Tecmo Bowl. Seriously, I played Super Tecmo Bowl for far far too much of my childhood.

Looks like a good remake of an older version. Will have a look into this. :)

I hate football and pretty much all sports games and that trailer made me want to try this game.  It makes me think this could be the Virtua Tennis of video football.

I don't care that it's without the NFL license, this is awesome.

If this is as true as it says, can I still use Bo Jackson or an equivalent skilled player and just run circles around defenses?

Ok yes, I'm excited for this. The only sports game that will do that for me.
