    Mario Galaxy 2 and  Sin and Punishment 2  are some of my favorites.  the Metroid trilogy is worth a go, and i hear good things about Silent Hill.
     
    Donkey Kong Country Returns and Epic Mickey both look excellent, but we won't know for sure til the end of the month.

    @owl_of_minerva: I'm not trying to be funny, nor am I trolling.  I love Nintendo, they defined my childhood and I am so excited for the 3DS.  The Wii is a horrible attempt at a next gen console.  Don't try and come across as educated and concise by using words like Alas and playing at being a big man, it doesn't work.

    @Kjellm87: Yeh, there is probably some truth in that.  I would hate for Nintendo to go the way of Sega but they need to step it up a bit.  The 3DS does look so good though, if that delivers then they are back in my good books.

However, I don't really understand the hate with the Wii console, I've been doing some research, and there are a TON of great looking games for it. The only system that equals it in exclusives is the PS3 so far.

    That is all I can think of right now, I still hate the fucking Wii but owning it still makes you a gamer in the eyes of the gaming gods.

It has the greatest concentration of genuine exclusives: I'd say its exclusives list is better than the PS3's, if only because of the must-have Nintendo titles and a rather underrated 3rd-party lineup that is easy to miss behind the games you wouldn't want to waste time on.
    Not sure what the source of the hate is exactly: some people are capable of rational arguments about the merits of the console and motion controls but more seem willing to attack it based on little to no personal experience. It's might be due to the mistaken idea that for something you like to flourish everything else has to do badly, or something like that. And how easy it is to hate what you perceive as not for you, like the fact that the Wii attracts a wide range of gamers.
    I just think it's stupid. If you're a dedicated gamer you buy as many consoles as you can afford and play the good games that are available.

    Yea I did that shit for my ex and she just bitched about it.  She wanted it so bad for x-mas and when I got it after a 2 weeks she bitched cause I got a laptop and she got a Wii.  So I just said fuck it and played the Wii and the laptop and left her with nothing.

    BLOPS is NOT good on the Wii. Unless its an arcade shooter or specifically designed exclusively for the wii most FPS suck. I'd stick with the Conduit, and the railroad shooters. Maybe Cabela's if your into that type of thing.

    Muramasa is worth checking out. I would also recommend Resident Evil 4 if you haven't already played it. Those two along with all the other listed in this thread; you'll have plenty of great games to play.

Anyway: Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Super Smash Bros.
