Dead Rising is a pretty good game, but there were some things I could have done without.

I've never played Dead Rising, but I think Burnout Paradise is an excellent game if you like arcade type racers, especially with all the free major updates it keeps getting.  I thought Assassin's Creed was great at first but it started to get really repetitive and kinda boring after a while.

Dead Rising and Burnout are your best bets. Assassins Creed while fun for ONE play through, gets incredibly boring after awhile, and doing what is needed starts to feel more like a chore.

My vote is Dead Rising, even though I didn't play so much as the demo for it.

I would say, "Not Assassin's Creed". I bought Burnout Paradise recently for $20, and it's been alright, but I've only played it for a couple of hours and still haven't really adjusted to the whole new overworld setup. I did play a demo of Dead Rising, which I was pretty disappointed with. I don't feel like I can judge these games too fairly, but my money is on Burnout.

As much as I love Burnout Paradise...I had to go with Dead Rising because it's something different and still one of my favorite X360 games, even with some of the annoyances. It's also the only "real" way to play the game.

Dead Rising.    Burn out is good, but I had more fun with DR.  Not a big Car game guy and AC was just a massive disappointment.   Not really that bad, just lacked variety in the climbing, AI and combat system were crap, and the forced story just made me quit.  Could have been SOOOO good.

    Pretty gamez fun playn.

Watching Land of the Dead as we speak, so my vote has to go out to Dead Rising.  It's a great game.

People are too harsh on Assassin's Creed. I still rate it as a really good game

Burnout Paradise is my pick from that list though, it has that longevity and just plain fun factor to it

Dead Rising has eight alternate ending, awsome graphics and solid gameplay. You won't get tired of playing this game because there more than a hundred items, weapons and places.
But I voted New Burnout because of plenty of DLCs that will never turn you down.
Anyway, they're both cheap and worthy. Assassin's Creed is boring, download PC version as a demo to see what I'm saying. (It's not illegal)

Fully agree with Kush here.  Dead Rising is a good value, even though it can be annoying.

I've played Burnout and Assassin's Creed and I actually really enjoyed both.  I'd say rent AC and buy Burnout.

I haven't played Burnout Paradise yet but I'm hoping to change that soon. It's right on top of my "to buy" list. :)

It's not really a matter of which game so much as a matter of what kind of game do you like. In my opinion all of those games are good examples of different genres.

Dead Rising is a mission driven open world game. You play as a reporter trapped in a shopping mall overrun with zombies. You have to go around the mall saving survivors and trying to figure out what created the zombies. You can do incredibly over the top things and kill hundreds and hundreds of zombies.

Assassin's Creed is also an open world game set in the Crusades era Holy Land with a twist. While you can engage in open combat it's mostly about killing stealthily. The historical recreation of the various cities is impressive and the characters are all drawn from real figures.

Finally, Burnout is a racing game. You drive around racing and crashing.

So, decide what genre game you want and get that one. You can't go wrong in my eyes.

Assassin's Creed is amazing. I'm in love with that game. If not, my next choice would be Burnout Paradise.

I've played all three and enjoyed Burnout Paradise the most.  Not sure if you'll be able to find anyone online though.  I don't think I even had a gold account yet when I played that game and still think it's the best.  I found Assassin's Creed to be boring, and the time limit in Dead Rising  really turned me off.

For someone who hasn't played any of those, I'm not exactly the person to go to... but I say Dead Rising.  It's the one 360 game I absolutely must try out for myself.

Assassin's Creed is freaking amazing but kinda short and sucks in replayability so I would go for Burnout Paradise!

Burnout Paradise. Assassin's Creed can and will get very repetative, Dead Rising is extremely frustrating, and Burnout will last you a very long time and has superb online.

Burnout Paradise. It was worth $60 back when it was at that price. I am not a racing game fan really, but I loved this. Its a more "arcadey" feel, and I think that is what was so great about it. Not to mention, Criterion has supported it with so much free DLC it is absolutely incredible.

Assassin's Creed was good. But it only lasts one play through which was about 12+ hours for me. Also the small missions you always have to do before doing an assassination get really, really, really repetitive. And since you are forced to do about half for each target, yeah not so much fun. The combat however, is incredibly fun and its also a beautiful looking game. The cities are awesome, and the scaling and jumping and so forth is handled really well.

    Never did play Dead Rising.

    Get Burnout or Dead Rising.

AC is fun, but has no replayability.

But then again, you're only paying (my guess) 20 bucks, so get what you want.
