So the other say I asked whether to get a PSP but there are some Xbox360 games I am interested.  So it would help to get some suggestions on this.  It is not very likely that I will go online with the Xbox360.  In addition, I already have a PS3.  However, There is a list of Xbox360 games I would like to play.   While the Xbox360's backwards compatibility sucks, there are a few games on the original Xbox that I would like.

Thats an impressive list for both systems. I'd say it depends on if you're going to take the PSP out and about. If you're only going to be playing at home I'd go with the Xbox, but if long commutes are your norm or you're away from home often I think the PSP offers more options.

Get the psp, you cover more games with ps3+psp  than with ps3+360 because a lot of games are multiplatform

You are seriously missing out by not having the Mass Effect series on that 360 list (of course, there may be a reason behind it, but otherwise there is no excuse!). I own both and I think the Xbox is a better buy. Sure, the PSP is cheaper and (since I assume you have a PS3) there is a large amount of crossover of games, but I think the amount of exclusives (Mass Effect, Viva Pinata, all the ones you have mentioned etc.) make it worth an own along with a PS3. Along with the new redesign and Kinect (which sure, looks casual as all fuck but who knows, a killer app may make it worth it) makes it a good time to buy. And let's face it, the PSP isn't really... going anywhere. There have been rumors milling about a PSP2 at TGS so I would at least wait until after then to see what Sony is showing before deciding on a PSP (if that is the route you want to take).

Since you already have a ps3, which is a console,  go with the psp.  From the exclusives you listed there I personally like the ones on psp better.  You also have more games for upcoming and depending on what model you choose its a lot cheaper and the games are cheaper too.

Normally I'd tell you to choose the 360, but I'm having a blast with P3P right now. Plus there do seem to be quite a few PSP games you're interested in. Just think long and hard about it and make the decision yourself. You shouldn't base such expensive purchases on other peoples opinions anyways.

I believe that Sony's consoles and handheld exclusives are more targeted towards people who like that japanimation anime stuff......so if your into that, go with Sony. If your not into nipples that shoot acid, go with the 360.

I guess it comes down to the need for portable gaming vs actually playing games. I can't remember the last time I used my PSP and only keep it around just in case something eventually comes out that I might want to play. The catch-22 about it is that whenever I want to play something on it, I think about how much I hate the analog nub and it puts me off using it.

It all depends on how much you love RPG's. If you love them then the PSP is your best system choice. If you like action games more than RPG's then the 360 is your best bet.
On my end though, I play my PSP more than my 360 nowadays. Hot Shots Tennis has stolen about twenty hours of this past week.
Edit: If you get a PSP, buy your games on Ebay. Lots of titles are being given away for $5-$10 after shipping. I redently picked up God of War, Dracula X Chronicles, Final Fantasy Tactics, Star Ocean 2 for just under $30.

I hardly ever touch my PSP, it has more to do with the system itself than lack of games.  I've skipped titles like Prinny and R-Type Tactics which I might have otherwise checked out just because I know I wouldn't want to play it on a PSP.

Even if I got over that hump I'd still value my 360 more, but you have to think for yourself.

PSP is so poppin' right now. You don't even know.

I haven't even been playing my 360 lately except for Valve games, which you know.

    Are on the PC.

    And better on the PC.

So take that for what it's worth.

Two HD consoles is a waste of money generally speaking especially for PS3 owners. I'd say get the PSP, but keep in mind it probably is nearing the end of it's life in terms of developer support while the 360 is a bit more futureproof. Then again, you already own a DSi so a PSP could be redundant, but there is no overlap between these two systems while there is a lot of overlap between a PS3 and 360.

Normally this question would be like asking, 'Should I have sex with a supermodel, or shove my cock into a jar of nails?'
But since you already have a PS3, it's a little more difficult. Personally I'd say the 360, but if you spend a lot of time away from the house you might prefer the PSP. To make up your mind, try this trick that usually works. Flip a coin, Heads 360, tails PSP. But after the flip, if you find yourself wishing that the coin had landed on the other side, then forget the stupid coin and just buy the one you want.

I mean do you want to play Mass Effect, Fable, Gears or Halo? Because if I was in your position I would take those franchises over any of the PSP franchises.

    360. Even assuming you've already bought all the multiplatform games you want for the 360 on the PS3, it still has more worthwhile games than the PSP. Great console, just everyone forgot to put good software on it.

The PSP is in its dieing days. It already sells practically nothing, and that's before it has to compete with the 3DS.

I'm still somewhat shocked at how many games do come out for it. It's a shame that the PSP is kind of unwieldy to actually play.

" Normally this question would be like asking, 'Should I have sex with a supermodel, or shove my cock into a jar of nails?' But since you already have a PS3, it's a little more difficult. "
That coin trick is freakin' awesome.
