Overview
My Pokémon Ranch is a game developed by Ambrella and published by Nintendo for the WiiWare service.
Gameplay
In My Pokémon Ranch, players take the role of a rancher who owns a Pokémon ranch. To get Pokémon, players can connect a Nintendo DS to a Wii and then transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Diamond/Pearl.
Even if players don't have Diamond, Pearl, or even a Nintendo DS, there is a professor in the game who will give 6 new Pokémon every day.
Ranch Levels
Players originally start their ranch with a maximum capacity of 20 Pokémon, and can level it up by depositing a specific number of Pokémon that Hayley, the main character of My Pokémon Ranch tells you at various times. Players can level a ranch to a maximum of 25, which allows the storage of a maximum of 1000 Pokémon.
Rewards
My Pokémon Ranch does have its fair share of rewards based on the number of Pokémon brought to the ranch and bringing wanted Pokémon to the ranch. When the ranch reaches level 15, players can acquire a Phione from Haley by trading her a Leafeon. At level 25, players can acquire a Mew from Hayley by trading her a Pokémon egg.
