This might make me sound like a crazy person but I currently have 4.8TB of Giantbomb content saved on multiple drives. I saved as much as I can but I have had to remove some series from my "collection". Most files are I personally saved in "medium" which I believe is 720 or less and depending on how old the content is some the early days stuff seems like 480 tops(uncertain of actual res). So most of the Whiskey Media happy hours and the Deadly Premonition stuff is very low res and doesn't take much room. This is not the total of content and I am not including most of the sound only files which I've lost over time. But I tried to keep as much as I can. Folks with broadband might be able to start "getting to it" but it is a bear to get through and there is chance some video is lost to time.

Good luck to those making the attempt.

(updated post to mention that files I have aren't close the best quality).

@cristianbitnigh: I think the closest I can think of that is real time and horror would be a game called Survivor Squad. It is fully real time squad game where you lead a group of four units through small towns and scavenge homes, clear rooms and occasionally save people. Weapons have their own visable firing cone so you are expected to array your team's backs against walls or back to back army of two style so as not to be flanked by a stray zombie. The horror or tension comes in the form of houses and buildings that are trapped in a way that causes your team to be separated or out of action and you have to find some way to get them out or leave and save the people that are still able to move. Sometimes a trap house is one that simply activates alarms and attracts hordes of zombies.

Sometimes the death trap is a large building that will automatically lock all doors and windows when a couple of people walk through the door then you have to search the home for wire cutters or key codes to disarm a bomb that's will kill everyone inside while still dealing with any zombies both inside and outside.

@noboners: this fix also works on Non steam games. Just add the executable as a non steam game and it will have its own accessible profile through big picture.

@tfuhrman:

There are a number of good recommendations here especially the Junji Ito horror mangas will provide lots of reading material. My one recommendation would be "A walk through hell". A one shot series that won't take long to read that feels a bit like the movie Seven and the show Millennium mixed together.

As others have said: not here to invalidate others experiences but I played on Launch on PC. Only one crash and one unfortunate bug that locked me out of getting the Man's Best Friend ability when you were suppose to get it initially. Losing out on getting an attack dog and finding out too late that I can only get it much later in the form of a skill book. Not a great feeling even if i never planned on using it.

Full on VR/AR on a system that can be fully used on the go. Playing it as a home console it will be an AR machine that puts the hud overlaid perfectly on any tv with effects that spill out of the screen... Or maybe just much better switch and turn it into a rolling platform.

@finaldasa: I've personally ran out if my supply of streeOverlord, the guy I get it from is serving time for smuggling hornet wings and I need a new dangerously unproven male enhancement for when I'm gaming!

@efesell: full customization plus more options and a third person mode are additions I'd like them to add later down the line and I hope they are making those considerations but at the same time those implementations might be put on the backburner. As someone greatly enjoying it on PC they really need to get it running right on base consoles.

Sucks that there are people who want to play but can't due to technical issues.

@gundato: regarding tattoos they've gone with the "choose a tattoo" set that might be for some of your body or only a part but no Ubisoft level tattoo customization for each part of your body. No color chage or re-arangement.

Warframes customizations are exceptional. Unfortunately I only like putting a syrkana on. Changing colors is cool and the hologram insignia should be in more games but lots of the stuff looks weird. I do like the idea of making the drones look like a parrot but that costs more money than I would want to spend on birdifyng my drone. I don't think I have it in me to buy primes anymore even if that Mirage Prime looks pretty cool.

@gundato: maybe I am reading your post wrong but there are body tattoos and maybe it's restricted to one body type but you can also choose your nails.

Hopefully one day they will let you change hair, nails tattoos etc. Later on. Real weird they don't have tattoo artists or barbers in Night City.
