I'm sure the analogy of Android = PC has been made in this forum...and it's mostly earned. Yes, there are more viruses and shady software available to the open structure of Android, but it's kept bogged down in the Google Play Store and you'll only have problems if you take stupid risks (download mp3.exe from sites in Slavic languages, download software/apps from browser, place shady custom firmware). I, too, switched between iOS and Android a few times this decade. Both are great, but I honestly prefer the more customizable experience of Android over the pristine and overly safe iOS ethos

I sold both my PS4 and X1 when I moved this summer and really haven't felt like I missed much outside of Uncharted 4.

PS4 and PC seems to be the consensus duo for most gamers. The X1 is not a bad machine but it's use case will be limited greatly if you already have either a decent modern PC and/or PS4. Since you don't even have the online friend argument, I can forsee why you would want a X1 at this time. You probably better off taking that 300 bucks and upgrading your PC or putting it towards a PS4 Pro upgrade down the road.

I recently moved from the "rougher side" of town to a clean modern home on the wealthier portion of the city. I was hyped for trick-or-treaters since the move in August. I ended up only getting like 15 visitors tops last night. Granted, I live in West Texas so the Baptists might be snuffing out the holiday. Oh well...it was fun handing out full sized candy bars to the handful of children while I drank a 40 of O.E. on my porch while browsing 4chan on my laptop.

I've used cdkey.com for tons of titles (Mafia 3, Mirror's Edge, MKX,MGS V, Mad Max and... Bus Simulator 16) and never received a bummed cd-key or had my identity stolen. Two thumbs up.

I am having the same problem on Pocketcasts with both premium podcasts. I've unsubscribed, refreshed the RSS address and still nothing. Luckily, Android lets me direct download the .mp3 file with ease...but I'd still like to find the root cause of this and keep my podcast library intact.

@sarnecki: It's a Windows 10 store exclusive...more specifically a Direct X12/Windows 10 OS exclusive.

Mediocre forgettable game buoyed by a halfway decent modern take of Heart of Darkness. Some cool sand, though.

@kmfrob: You never want to be the within the first two or so generations of TV or monitor technology. Unless you have the cash to burn, I'd wait until this CES to see where the fancier OLED/LED 4K HDR TVs start ranking in terms of price-point and features. Present 4K LCD TVs are going to be feature poor, have minimal native resolution content and will age quicker. Not to mention a lot of the contemporary 4K TVs have a killer amount of lag---which makes playing games borderline impossible. Admittedly this can be fixed on LG and Samsung sets by disabling HDR---meaning you are not getting the full bang out of your investment.

Would you see an improvement over a 1080p set---mixed results with sharper picture and higher latency. Is it going to be a better upgrade than waiting six months-to-a-year and nabbing a 55" OLED 4K with the newest generation of SmartTV features and a native refresh rate of 240HZ, nope.

@mike: I might try a fresh driver install. All my other games (Rise of the Tomb Raider, F1 2016, and older titles like CS GO) are running fine with proper SLI utilization.
