I played through like 60% of Guacamelee. I love how the screen barfs orange and magenta when you collect three pieces of heart.

Oh yeah, the art style is definitely one of its best features -- that and the superb soundtrack, which seemingly all 2D indie games of this type seem to have. The combat's pretty damn fun too, a lot more so than I expected. It's a little on the easy side, but still it functions very similarly to how a 2D DMC would play like me thinks! Controls so well, it's one of those sorts of game where the mere act of jumping about is kinda fun in and of itself.

I do think it's a little more linear than I would have liked, given that it's theoretically a metroidvania style of game. That and the humour is often hit and miss; it's not offensively unfunny, but... it's not very good. Besides that, though, I really enjoyed my time with it.

I've been slowly growing towards Warframe. Very addictive! Expansive as hell too!

I really need to play Revelations 2 though.
