Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! I am your host as always, and we have a lot to talk about in terms of the state of the site. First off the moderation team has noticed an increasing trend of users responding to and quoting spam bots on the site. Please stop doing this. Starting this week the site got @ltsquigs to process all of the bug reports on the site. If you have a major issue on or with the site contact him. On top of that check out his Giant Bomb/Comic Vine changelog to keep track of all of the major fixes being published. One of those changes means animated .gifs now work through the Giant Bomb image uploader, so everyone can stop embedding, or copying and pasting .gifs directly! Is there still a nagging Wiki or Forum bug that is bothering you? Go ahead and file it on Rorie's blog over here, and he'll fine a direct report to the engineer(s). Now, with that let's get it on with the Spotlight!

Wonderful Wikis
Have you heard of a game called Top Landing? If not give the wiki page a shot as some excellent recent work has been on it. Keep the sports game Quick Look team busy with more pages like FIFA 14! Finally your interesting new concept page for this week is "Birthday Acknowledgement." If can think of more examples of games wishing you a "happy birthday," put them on the page.
Best of Blog
The blog of the week goes to JeanLuc, who made his own Persona 4 Arena arcade cabinet which is a marvel worth seeing. Phatmac has a problem, he's liked the twenty or so hours he's had playing Shin Megami Tensei 4, but as he explains he's not the biggest fan of the story or characters. Our very own Matthew Rorie's PS3 died. YukoAsho shares a number of digital distribution systems that he thinks should get more love by the gaming press. Is there a correct mindset to have when playing Dark Souls and with approaching Dark Souls 2? announakis thinks so and has some examples on his latest blog. Video_Game_King went for the base sensibilities with a blog about Duke Nukem 3D and Ghost Sweeper Mikami and you can read all about them. DocHaus isn't a jerk, but he has an update on an anime you should keep track of. BlackLagoon has another lineup list for the Playstation Vita for September. Mento has the latest episode of his funny monthly Giant Bomb themed webcomic. ArbitraryWater has done anything but play GTA V, and instead has been toying around with Might and Magic IX as well as King's Bounty. Someone who has played GTA V is Hailinel, and he talks about the game as someone who hasn't played a game from the franchise since Vice City. After GrantHeaslip completed Metroid: Other M he shares why he doesn't feel like he can recommend the game, but also can't recommend it as well. Finally music maestro Hamst3r has a hot new music track that he wants you give a listen to.

Fantastic Forums
There are still plenty of threads centered on picking apart all that can be found in GTA V. For example we have an Easter Egg reporting thread as well as a poll and discussion thread related to the ending(s) for the game. To cap it all off there's a GTA V edition of the "100+ Things You've Learned Playing..." available to anyone who has played the game. We also have a Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2 discussion thread, and a discussion thread related to the Call voting initiative for Might No. 9.
