The internet says Stephen Tyler is 5 foot 8 which sounds like bull to me.

The monkey king in Chinese literature and folklore has a few prominent features, some referenced in Dragonball (traveling through the air as if riding clouds and wind, staff that can change length/size), others not so much (shapeshifting, eyes that see through other shapeshifters, and pulling hair to make clones).

Which is why Jet Li (the main one we see through the movie) in Forbidden Kingdom changes back into a hair as he dies to unleash/save the real monkey king (also Jet Li). I'm sure very few foreign viewers caught that.

How did Alex forget about Roger Daltrey???

Roger Daltrey of The Who is THE guy for swinging microphones on stage. That was his stage gimmick.

5 minutes in and I have to say my piece.

SM-58s are incredible mics. You can use it for two hours, throw it in a cup of beer, hammer a nail with it, and it will sound the same. I carry 58s to every gig that I run sound for. SM-57s are great for instruments, especially at loud volumes (like close mic'ing drums). A good engineer can make a collection of 58s and 57s sound as good as a collection of $500 mics.

And yes, Roger Daltrey needs a mention.

So for anyone barking up the visual pinball tree, here’s a fun tip.

The software will route the sounds for the “physics” separate from the music/other audio. So if you build yourself a fancy controller/cabinet and mount two “exciter” style speakers right under where your hands rest, you get every bit of physical interaction as a vibration directly to your hands.

It’s pretty alright.

I’ve been playing tons of VP tables on my Atgames Legends Pinball. I think it’s my favorite purchase in the last few years.

I don't know what it would be, but I feel like there should be some type of punishment anytime anyone stops a shitty music video from playing before it ends. Hearing the whole crew (or at least some of them) groan while those play were some of the parts of Demo Derby, whenever a disc happened to have a video or two.

I 100% remember that Ash song. I am pretty sure I bought that album specifically because of that song :D

Man, are my eyes failing me or is Republic Commando a really hard game to read? I'm just seeing a bunch of brown chunks fighting a bunch of white-ish chunks. I mean I realize it's a nearly 20 year old game, but jeez.

Republic Commando is a game I've tried to get into but couldn't get too far into. Love the in helmet view like Metroid Prime though.

Aw man, I think they're being too harsh on Republic Commando. I remember loving that game back then and I've enjoyed playing it again in recent years. When I get a Switch (I know, still behind on that), I'll get this again.
