There's always time for...Jimmy.
I have been waiting for this game to show up here.
There Is No Game seems weird as hell and I am super into it
What Ram did brad get?!
Cannolo is the singular of cannoli
Jimmy quacked corn, and I don't care...

"Jimmy!" button is this decade's "Jason!" button.
I really wasn't expecting that Wrestlemania arcade cameo.
And I can't believe Brad didn't get more Quackshot support. It's damn good.
At Dead of Night looks really cool, but not something I would ever buy. At the same time I fully appreciate the request to not stream the whole game...
But what if that playthrough is behind a paywall? *wink*

From here on out, Jan shall be known as Jan Jan Binks.
JEFF HAS SPOKEN.
Someone actually made a "There Is A Monster At The End of This Book!" but for video games?
Thanks for bringing the couch back for this episode, guys.
EDIT: Also Brad was totally on point with the PS3 boot sound shout
You joke about MonHun lore, but it definitely goes some places in terms of post post apocalyptic dragon super human wars...

I turned every one of those Jill of the Jungle terrible noises into text tones and it was a fantastic use of time
The kids have to learn about tek war sooner or later
Also the new Ducktales rules and even uses the Moon theme.
I appreciate the narrator's enthusiasm, but his kiiinda terrible voice acting was one of the things I disliked about There Is No Game, along with some jokes being stretched way too thin. I enjoyed it overall, but probably would've made a better impact like 7-8 years earlier.
Also new Ducktales is great...or was great, since it got cancelled. Waiting for that third reboot, I guess?

Man I've missed UPF. Great stream!
Love how Ben asks if that dude played Sherlock Holmes when that's the same dude that Alex called Benedict Cumberbotch in the Contradiction QL
Neither Ben nor Jan showed a game and yet Brad brought three repeats 😔

I am so, so, soooo happy you're doing these videos. Thank you all. <3
Oh dang, I played so much Quackshot as a kid. I never could beat it. I think I got stuck on some pyramid level?
Holy crap, Dr. Sbaitso. That was incredible back then.
Vinny with the showstoppers. Rest just meh.
Regarding the FMV game, does 'Punch and Judy' mean anything outside the uk?

@laserjesus: They should cast him as Doctor Who as he is pretty much channelling David Tennant.
lol, hotel lobby guy looks more like matt frewer aka max headroom to me, he actually also played sherlock holmes
this is the best video of the new year hands down thank you giant bomb dot com i love you
I legit thought Jimmy there in the thumbnail was Bill Nye for a second...

Cool that Jason showed that Monster Hunter gameplay. I really got into World in a big way and this was making me a little antsy because I don't own a Switch and honestly I just don't need another gaming device. But after seeing this I think I'm good - not to say it looks bad or anything but I will happily wait for them to make another big next-gen MonHun with all the bells and whistles that entails.

Hazelnuts are good spice, I will not have them maligned!
edit: HE"S BACK! THANK YOU TIM FOLLIN!
Well after watching this I played through there is no game. It really goes places
A tiny bit bummed that after Contradiction, which was a fun and campy mystery caper, they went full horror. Not my thing, personally. It looks quite nice on a production level, though.
Love Ben's Hearthstone background!
Who would have though a green screen would have been Ben's salvation.
This is one episode I will emphatically disagree with Brad. In no way is Transylvania's music better than the Moon. This is a fact and Brad is now a criminal.
Bought and played through There Is No Game immediately after watching this and loved it. Consistently fun, and a couple of moments that actually made me mist up a little.
Man, Quackshot got done dirty here.

Thanks for this, y'all. Just what I needed after a really shitty week.
There is no game seems very cool!
The Monster Hunter movie had a budget of $60 million??? Who thought that was a good idea?
Especially relevant since Vinny played Follin's new game.
Also I hope they figure out the compression settings for the setup they are using so it doesn't turn into smear every now and then. Not all of them seemed to have the issue though so I bet they will.
I love Vinny’s appreciation of cheese. That game looks great would love to see more horror type games do that style. Contradiction was one of the most entertaining games to watch.
Yeah that headbob in the FMV game is super unfortunate. I'm usually pretty resilient to motion sickness but something about the way that game is rendered looks swimmy, and the bobbing head isn't helping. Which is a shame because I'm pretty into the concept. I had to skip past the segment after the gameplay started going.
Edit: very weird, also. This Errant Signal video goes into Descent, but also tacks on a decent chunk at the end to talk about this weird awful William Shatner game. i've gone from never having known what this even is to hearing about it twice in one day.
Oh wow, did my research after reading your comment - I totally did not realize Contradiction and At Dead of Night were Tim Follin joints. In general, I didn't realize he had branched out from just composing game soundtracks.
