@sethshandor: Seems like they use mondays mostly to decide what to do for the rest of the week, make appointments, have team meetings via skype, etc. Stuff that can be done without being in the office. Maybe we'll get more Jeff homestreams on monday like he did this week.

Edit: Also, I get the feeling that Dan is going to hate, hate, hate the first Halloween movie. It's excruciatingly slow ("excruciating" by Dan's tastes, that is... I think the pace is just right for a 70s slasher) and serious in tone. He might like 2, though, if the first doesn't make him check out.

I know he'd love 3, at least. If any Halloween sequel is made for Dan's sensibilities, that's the one.

No, no it's not. Not if you do it right.

That's barely twice the recommended limit. If he's otherwise healthy (not counting diabetes, which is almost assuredly due to his terrible, terrible diet,) and has exercised before (considering he ran 5ks in his past, he's more than accustomed to strenuous exercise,) it's not even slightly dangerous or unhealthy. What's unhealthy is going from 300-pound, zero-activity to full-activity, and losing 4 pounds per week. That's going to put a serious strain on your cardiovasular system, leading to potential heart problems, nutritional problems, and muscle issues, not to mention potential injury (from things like sudden repetitive stress and torn/injured muscles, falling injuries from passing out, or dehydration.) Additionally, losing weight quickly likely won't stick.

Source: Consulted a doctor about an exercise regiment, and expressed concern over losing 12 pounds in 2 weeks (it was fine.)
