Age of Empires 3 follows in the RTS tradition of the franchise, portraying the colonization of the Americas by the Europeans. Major gameplay changes surrounding the addition of the Home City modify the RTS formula with certain features of Role-Playing Games.

I wonder if they'll release older games on this client. Also, I love how you can pay with MSP. I don't have a credit card so it means I can actually buy games via a client, unlike Steam.

I know. I had 90 points left for about 2 years now. It's hard to spend that because there's rarely anything on Xbox Live or Games for Windows Live for less than 120 points.

What's really going is that, although the game costs .10 dollars, Catherine-Zeta Jones and Sean Connery have installed a program to round up the cost by one cent, and because everyone will buy this, it will make them millionaires in the process.

Surely it's a Steam style thing for their relaunch week - doubt they'll keep this up for much longer, especially considering the paucity of their back catalogue on the service. They simply don't have enough games in the store to continue with it.
@Vitor: Yeah, maybe you're right, but surely Microsoft knows that they need something special if they're gonna steal any of Steam's users. If everyone's coming the GFW daily to check out what their 'dailydeal' is, then eventually some of the market will shift to their platform. Maybe they intend on adding more old games as they go along or even having some newer games for like $5.
@face15: Well, they certainly got me with the 0.10 price point for AOE3. Now, if Gears of War goes on sale, I certainly wouldn't mind replaying that soon as it's been a while and I always wanted to check out the bonus chapter
Well, I bought it without researching whatever the hell it is (I know what it is now). I'm probably not going to play it anytime soon. But, 10 cents, bro.
