Here's That Wii Curling Sim Starring Fergie You Were Asking About

Definitely the stupidest thing announced for Wii so far. First, how about some better sports? Curling? Badminton? Volleyball? How about some football or boxing? I would love to beat the crap of Fergie. That would make the game worth buying. And another thing, who the hell is LeAnn Rimes and Kristi Yamaguchi? The only celebrity that sounds promising is Sugar Ray Leonard.

Don't dis Curling.  We had a Curling club down the block from me.  It was a big long metal building with a couple of rinks inside.

The last thing I want to see is A) Another minigame compilation on the Wii and B) celebrities in video games. This has both.

The character models look like The Celebrity Deathmatch game models,......which sucks.......

Wow. At first I really thought this was going to be a game that had you holding the WiiMote in your hand horizontally and doing some concentration curls in front of the TV screen. Thank god this is not the sad reality we've come to.

The game looks like utter crap.

They missed a potential audience by not making this a Chuck Norris based mini-game collection.

Yeah, totally not into celebrities, guitar hero managed by having good music, didn't need to shoehorn in celebrities, would have totally failed if it was "Pop Star Guitar Chart Topper"

This has got to be the most random game I've ever seen.

It's all good though since EA is done making crappy licensed games. They're going to start getting a lot more focused and creative with future endeavors.

And another Wii title for prepubertal teens and soccermoms. No wonder Nintendo didn't have anything to show at the E3 keynote.

The Skiing and Volleyball looked like fun, but yeah. What is the demographic they're looking for with these "celebrities"?
Take out the celebrities and give me this game with Mii support and I'd buy it day one.

It actually doesn't look that bad, except for the celebrities. It's like Wii sports with a bunch of senseless name dropping. It would be good without them.

Smash I'm in ottawa and it's working just fine.  The video doesn't work because you probably don't have the right flash player or something like that. The fact that you're in canada has nothing to do with it.

Yep. It doesn't surprise me that MTV would try to make a game in order to make more money off their products like "Fergie" and "LeAnn Rimes", ooh I hear they've got some hot new plans for their "Nelly Furtado" product line aswell! Lets all go out and buy their shit!

I'm totally embarrassed and ashamed for having bought a Wii shortly after its release.  It truly is the McDonald's of gaming. 

I only bought the Wii for Zelda, and it wasn't that great, either.  :(

I like how everybody is complaining about a game that is obviously not targeted at us, the core gamers. Good job acting like the industry belongs entirely to us.
