Shakeups Coming To Voice Cast For InFamous II?

I liked the original voice, but the game would still be fun with just text dialogue and "..."

i cant wait to see whats next for cole, but i am really enjoying uncharted2 right now!!!

Cole was my least favourite part about Infamous.  The voice certainly didn't help him much.

I liked cole's voice, zeke on the other hand. And sasha is perfect, so creepy but fitting. 

I didn't mind Cole's voice but they should have recorded two versions of every dialogue, one for good karma and one for bad. And use the gravely Christian Bale Batman voice for bad Cole.

I didn't mind Cole's voice. I did kind of do the rolled eyes thing when I first heard it. That, along with Batman and Rorschach made me think the raspy voice thing was becoming way overused for some inexplicable reason, but I got used to it and I kind of stopped caring one way or another. It'll be mad weird to hear someone else voice that character given how much time I spent with that game. 
 
And yes, I wanted me some more inFamous as soon as I finished the game. The first time.

After playing the demo I decided this game wasn't for me. I hated the main character and the sample of missions they proposed in the demo was horrible (protecting a crate, WTF!!!).
Anyway if there's a demo for infamous 2 I'll give it a try.

I liked Cole as a character and his voice was fine, I dont see why they need to change it

I agree that the game was buggy.  the number of times I got stuck inside a building was over a half dozen.

A sequel? Not surprised, but SUPER HAPPY! As for Cole's accent, well I didn't mind it, perhaps a little too gravely at times, but the whole game sort of had that 'edge' to it.

I also want to mention I think coles voice sounds too much like solid snake, it's almost exactly the same even though it's suitable for the character. I hope the role is recasted.

I thought the game was incredibly fun, the developers nailed the game mechanics. This is what a game has to be about, really.
 
I think they could have developed a few more side mission types. There were too few types for too many missions, you ended up doing the same thing over and over again. I thought the story was very interesting, and I found especially Kessler and Alden fascinating, very much super villainesque (which is what the game is about, after all).  
 
I didn't have a problem with Cole's voice. No-one chooses their own voice, and it's completely unrelated to your job. Why can't a bike messenger have this kind of voice? And why do people assume that's exactly the voice he had before his "mutation"? 
 
What I did have an issue with was face animations. Completely unacceptablethis day and age, on a PS3 no less. Other than that and a few minor bugs that didn't really affect the game play, this game is fantastic. Easily an 8.5 for me.

I liked Cole's voice.  I didn't see a problem.  He's no Commander Shephard, but not everyone can be that sexy.  

I had no problem with original Cole, but I'd rather they went for a totally new PC in Infamous 2.  I don't know if there's much left to do with Electricity Man.

Cole was a bit of a pillock. That voice did nothing to draw me into the character. Nothing at all like the voices in my head...

People just can't shut up on Twitter. His later tweet is very funny as he knows that he got caught.

i thought Cole's voice was fine. i mean after all he doesnt talk THAT much in the game you know? either way the game was amazing, i hope the second will rock too. i dont really get why they feel the need to have to recast his voice but watever as long as the game stays gooood!

If he said "very inFamous game" I would be a fan already.

I did not hit single glitch in that game. And I played through twice. Once being a good guy and another being a red lightning shooting bad guy. "

Gimme sum more Infamous!! What was wrong with Cole's original voice? If they change the voice i think it might take away from the game for people who have played the first infamous.
