    Got Scarecrow.  Made me much happier than if I would have gotten either of the other two.  Maybe it has something to do with whoever killed you the most?  I know I died a lot on the scarecrow sections at first.

    I think the chocobo is right, and it depends on how long it took for you to pass parts of the game.

    I got Croc, and didn't get anywhere near 100%.

    I got Bane at 67%.
    It seems irrelevant though, the endings all lead to the same thing. Batman whooping some ass.

    You can't dodge the bullets, it tells you to move the middle stick to dodge them.

    Exact same situation for me, but i did see the spirit of Arkham.
     
    Scarecrow showed up for me. I'm guessing it's random.

    I got Scarecrow and I had about 65% completion.  So obviously I didn't complete all the riddles or find all the spirit of Arkham things. I played it on Hard.  Also, I didn't dodge the bullet from Joker (if that is at all possible to even do).

    I think it's random. I got the Croc ending, which honestly makes the most sense, since the dude is a croc.

    Ah... Still the moment my system glitched I though oh damn, but then when I realized it was part of the game I totally thought it was a Metal Gear style gameplay move. MGS does those kind of mind fucks. Also the second scarecrow meeting when you walk out and says Wayne Manor. I was like wait what the fuck? "

    When the screen started glitching out, I thought it was my computer because I was overclocking my card and the screen effect was very similar to a graphics card failure. Was about to turn my computer off lol.
