    Bayonetta is by all means a good game.

    @TinaWood: Not everyone is the same. Ryan got stuck on one particular part. They even made a video of it here, in which he finally got past it. You also might have been playing on a different difficulty than him. Either way, it doesn't matter. We are happy that Ryan has finally beaten this game because we love Ryan and want him to be happy. Now he can finally review it and be done with it. 
     
    It has nothing to do with the quality of the game or anything like that. It is just about supporting a staff member of Giant Bomb.

    One man's (or in this case woman's) weekend breeze playthrough is another ryan's game spawned from satan to torment him.
     
    It would be wrong to say that a game is universally easy for everyone (thou there are exceptions)
     
    as vito said, we are quite happy he made it through, kinda reminds me of my buddy trying to kill that dragon boss on ninja gaiden 2, some game moments are just legendary!

    Glad he finally beat it.  Wonder how much he enjoyed learning that he's went through 2 weeks of frustration just to see Satan's 12-inch cock and balls.  =  / 
     
    I'm not expecting a fun review on this one.

    Ironically I would rather play the game than read the book, why does everybody whose read the book or at least has particular interest in it make radical observations between them. IT'S A GAME, if you wanted to play a poet in hell I assume you would rather have it be a Silent Hill clone? I believe Visceral Games intended to make a God of War clone from the start but just needed a good subect for inspiration, nothing more.

    Dante's inferno was a disappointment. The last circles were bad, and the combat got REALLY repetetive.

    Maybe repetive is a given in these type of games?
    I would certainly say that this game was even more repetitive than Bayonetta, but in all fairness, a lot of the same thing over and over again.
    I myself liked Trechary, fraud was just ok, at least they sticked to the poem some how in this circle, too bad people didn't like it.

    I agree, but doing it with only unholy spec is totally doable, just very hard.
     
    I did it on 20 seconds with full upgrades and the best relics and on classic, but that is gotta be the easiest way to do it thou, lol
