After long and hard investigation, I've come to the conclusion that Brad is, in fact, Thomas Sowell. Conclusive evidence is to found from 2008's GOTY podcast. His voice and f.ex. laughter is almost 1:1 with young Tom Sowell's. Sowell, or Brad Shoemaker, or whatever his name is, had me tricked by omitting his favorite phrase: "insofar as", but now I'm onto him and the rest of the conniving bombcast crew!
I now know who he is, why I didn't know him (he's an American Economist with a focus on Black American Economics--whereas I'm not American), and that he sounds nothing like Brad.
Edit: For the nitpickers--I am American, insofar as I'm Canadian, and therefor part of the Americas, but in this context, I'm not American as a contraction of the implied country United States of America.
Ok, Snattu. You are clearly very clever. However you just flew way over everyone's head. Couldn't you just keep it simple, by.... say.... posting about how the PC version of MW@ sucks? Or maybe just shouting "LUCHADEER, FTW!!!" or something like that? That would be a little more our speed.
Tom Sowell? Perhaps he meant C Thomas Howell (look him up on IMDB if needed, likely something you have seen him in if you don't know who he is). Though, I don't really see or hear the resemblance.
Personally sometimes when I hear Brad I get an image of Thomas Haden Church which isn't really a sound alike either but I hear similar 'notes' from time to time.
