Post you favorite video game ever, but also put down the 2 biggest flaws in it/things you hate about it
Gears of War
*hate the minecart sequence. On Insane it could drive u insane if your playing coop with a noob :*(
*Hate how its a shotgun fest sometimes . . . even though i could manage ;)
Favorite video game w^ a twist
Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu
Chapter 4
That one part near the end of Chapter 9 where the prince whose name I forget (Oriole, I believe) kept beating my ass.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
- The Water Temple is a long, slow pain-in-the-butt.
- You can't revisit Hyrule after beating the game.
Pretty cool idea for a thread. I approve.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
- massive frame-rate problems especially during light saber fights and encounters involving many explosions.
- Pazaak (the card game) and the swoop racing mini-games were a waste of time.
Baldur's Gate
- It finished.
- Hasn't been remade yet.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption
- The modern day chapters I thought, were awful.
- Combat needed some more tuning.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblvion
- After completeing the story, people would still recognize you as "The Hero of Kvatch" which was painful to listen to repeatedly.
- NPC personalities could change instantly.

The elevators sequences were used as an alternative for load screens. I don't get people who complain about them without realizing what they were. would have rather watched a boring static load screen. At least in the elevators you got to hear news reports or listen to the NPC's conversations. Mass Effect-The elevators are slow as hell.-I didn't have enough charm or imtimidate points and had to kill Wrex.

Anyway to mine:
Hereoes of Might and Magic 3
- Takes forever to finish one game
- The computer can be ridiculously difficult
- Didn't get your lightsaber right away
- Frame rate problems could sometimes bog it down
- Social Links don't integrate at all with the story, causing a sort of blatant mental disconnect at times.
- It eventually ended.
- Too much repetitious dialogue when interacting with characters. This is a problem with the series in general.
- Many of the day-to-day farming tasks get super laborious and repetitive.
- Lucifers Call is a stupid ass name. Some film or band or something was called Nocturne, so Atlus had to change the name in Europe.
- Impossible to play without a guide, unless you have the patience of a saint, or precognitive powers.
Fallout
- Censored in the UK (All children removed)
- Certain options almost impossible to rely on such as Melee or Large Weapons.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo
- T.Hawk is the biggest waste of character space ever.
- Fei Long is a douche.
The House of the Dead
- Impossible to get hold of nowadays on Sega Saturn. PC version feels boring in comparison. Arcade cabinet version is common, but unobtainably expensive.
- Game has not aged well, to put it kindly.
