Greatest game scenes. May contain SPOILERS!

I'm trying to think of some of the best/most memorable game scenes, tell me the scenes from games that you guys will always remember or just think that every gamer must experience.
 
for me in no particular order....  (may contain spoilers, read at your own risk
 
1. GTA4 - When Roman dies in GTA4 at the wedding
2. The sad ending to half life 2 episode 2
3. The intro to mass effect 2 and when they go through the omega relay
4. MGS1 - when master miller reveals himself as liquid snake!
5. Ninja Gaiden 2 - when the old man slices all those dudes up in a cut scene in one of the later chapters
6. FFX - when Tidus dies...

The part in the Resident Evil remake for GameCube where 

The introduction of The Flood.

Anju and Kafei sidequest in Majora's Mask.  It's the way that it's happy but depressing at the same time that makes it very memorable.

Probably my favourite single scene in a game ever is in Metal Gear Solid 2, where the Colonel is revealed to be an AI simulation.
 
It's a great twist in and of itself, but mostly it's how its presented that makes it so memorable.

The whole of MGS4.

Hmm, killing Ganon (Ganondorf?) in the wind waker then returning to Outset island to my fat piggy. :P

You are Revan.
Your master in Jade Empire betrays you. 
The conversation with Sovereign.
The Alliance fleet saves the Destiny Ascension in Mass Effect 1.
Curing the werewolves in Dragon Age.
Garrus has reach.
Almost every aspect of Super Mario Galaxy.
Finally catching them all, only to later discover that there are now 500 new ones.

Duh The whole Andrew Ryan Bioshock thing, also the torture scene from MGS3, and though not  great game Resistance 2 had an awesome ending. 
 

MGS4 - epic Snake vs. Liquid Snake showdown.
 
And same game, when Raiden goes ninja on the Metal Gears.

Assassin's Creed 2, when you infiltrate the Vatican and kill the Pope. Fucking sweet.

MGS4- the microwave crawl

" Heavy Rain's finger scene actually drove me to turn off the game afterwards. I had played until from the start until then in one sitting, and I physically had to stop. It was too much, I felt emotionally fatigued. Super rewarding.

Chrono Dies.ine

The kinda intro scene to Gears of War 2 after the hospital attack, where the president is giving a kickass speech. While he's speaking they pan over to a scene of a massive COG army marching out. That scene got me so pumped i was ready to murder every locust. 
 
That and re-introduction to Cole Train in in Gears 2.

1-Ending of Mass Effect 2
2-Punchout between Liquid Ocelot and Solid Snake in MGS4

Cole Train rocking out at the end of gears 1. and cole train rocking out on the locust mic in gears 2. i can't wait to see what they'll do in gears 3

A lot of you have mentioned some great scenes personally though I think the Halo 2 ending might just be one of the most universally emotionally enraging endings of all time. Thus technically making it a great scene, it really did make you want to "finish the fight" after all lol. 

ahh i avoided this until now to avoid spoilers but it kept popping up, then the first thing i look at is a huge spoiler,

Not to get to technical, but he was never really alive, he was just a dream. Although I must admit I got pretty sad when he started to vanish and Yuna ran to hug him, only to run right through and smack her face on the deck of the ship. :S "

Anything from the Metal Gear series?

Oldie:  
Deus ex
 When you come out of the MJ12 base and realise where you are. 
Or when the phone rings and when you pick up you get the creepy conversation from the AI.

MW2, the knife-thing, ya know. And also the ending to HL2:Ep2.
 
And for some reason, the drugged up girl you can meet in GTA:IV hit me in some way, that's was really terrifying.

Bioshock 1, when Atlas' family get blown up. And hitting Andrew Ryan with the golf club.
