Present for Half Life fan?...

Hey everyone,
I'm not a regular on this sight (but know that my boyfriend is), I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on a birthday gift for him..He's obsessed with games, especially for the XBox and PC, and his favourite games are the Half Life series, Halo, Oblivion, Unreal Torrnament (basically first person shooter games)..I don't have a clue what's new out at the minute but don't want to ask him!
Also, if anyone can think of anything I could buy / make on the theme of Gordan Freeman (his hero) that would be ace.

To OP- yeah there aren't any new games coming out in those franchises anytime soon, but something like Bog just linked I know I would absolutely love, as a big half life fan.

You could always dress up like Alyx Vance.  She's sort of like this generation's Princess Leia.  Except, there's no slave outfit. 

get him a 'dog' like in half life 2.  i'll admit though that it wont be easy,....but it would be an amazing present!

I'd say buy him something from the Valve store that he might appreciate more like a mug, tshirt or hat. Can't imagine a guy wanting the plushie toys or anything like that but i'd totally dig a Black Mesa mug myself.

Or just buy him a Crowbar, spray paint it gold, mount it in a glass case and give it to him. He may find the funny in it if he is a TRUE Valve fan...
