T-Shirt Update

This e-mail should have made it out to you.  In case you missed it:

Hi,
You are receiving this email because we wanted to update you on the status of your order. Most of you ordered either the Jeff, Ryan, Brad or Vinny t-shirts. Our vendor's first try did not come out as nice as we would like, so we sent them back two weeks ago to get back a better quality shirt. Unfortunately, our vendor has taken longer than promised to deliver the shirts. We are getting the shirts on Wednesday morning, and will be shipping to you no later than Thursday evening. This should allow your order to arrive before the holidays. If this causes you any problems, and you would like to cancel the order, please let us know. We really do apologize in advance for the delay, but we really did want to send you the best Giant Bomb shirt we could.

Please feel free to send us an email with any of your questions or concerns. Again, thank you for your patience and support of Giant Bomb. It is greatly appreciated.

Im not happy that it's been taking so long, after we paid 10 dollars for shipping, I love these guys, but they should have eaten some of that cost for us.  30 bucks for a t shirt I ordered a month ago and still don't have is kind of lame.

not to sound like a complete sucka, but its more or less, a one-of-a-kind style of merchandise.  They arent amazon etc so I expected there to be some delays with shipping.

Ok I tried not to worry but my shirt shipped monday and I haven't got it yet and I just read the post OmegaPirate made, he's got his shirt and he's in England, I am in the US so theoretically I should have received mine before him based on location, so I am concerned.

I  already got my hoody, on Friday I think...It's glorious

I was in the office last week packing up and shipping a ton of the tees/hoodies, so I can vouch that it is a slow process given the small size of Giant Bomb/Whiskey Media as of now. What I can definitely say, though, is that the merchandise is absolutely awesome. Really nice quality shirts and hoodies, with designs and colors that really stick out. And, with the Luchadeer smiling on the front of one of the tees, it's no doubt a conversation starter. Hope you all get them soon and enjoy them!

I wouldn't worry about that as when the Mod hoodies got sent out some of us from Europe recieved ours before Mods living in the US. It may just be that for orders outside the US they posted those first as it does take longer for them to arrive here."

I hate to hijack a thread  but I figure this is a decent place to ask this.  What is the procedure for returning shirts?  I was sent the wrong size.  Is there an email address I should hit up?

It's awesome and fits quite nice. (I was worried about the size I ordered.)
