So what do I answer? I'll just leave Counter-Strike and hope that answers the nonexistent question.

I'm not sure on how much it is to mail something to Afghanistan outside of the U.S., and since some people may be taking those games home with them after they leave, I didn't want them to receive games where they can't use DLC or play online. It creates potentially problematic situations that I'd rather avoid. You can PM EpicSteve and ask him, though.

Made a small update to the OP. The winner for this contest won't be chosen / a new contest won't begin until the 10th. I am leaving the Internet as of the 1st and won't be back until then.

I own neither an X-box, nor a PS3. How come they have those, but not PCs?

And to repeat my question from the previous giveaway, sorry if it was answered:

What happened to the games that were added in giveaway #102? I don't see them on the list. Specifically, I'd like to enter for FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage.

If that isn't available anymore, X-COM is my second choice.

X-Com: UFO Defense.

I still haven't played much Dungeon Defenders.

I just wanted to fill you all in on the region situation, because I have some experience in that field:

PS3 games are almost universally region free. DLC and multiplayer functions rarely break across regions, and the internet can confirm on a case by case basis.

Most 360 games are also region free, but it's not nearly as standardized. The internet is also your friend in this regard. The newer the game, the more likely it is to be region-free.
