I've only SoTN, Deus Ex, Homeworld (1 & 2), Portal, Fallout 2, Arcanum, Company of Heroes, Test Drive Unlimited, Daggerfall, Pirates!, Civ4, et cetera.
I'm not going to give a list, because it will be huge, but I tend to come back to games that have solid game play and give you a lot of freedom in terms of how to play them, or bad games that are fun to take advantage of. Also if a game supports Mods I will come back to it and keep playing it so as the community keeps producing good mods.

Our relationship is quickly deteriorating considering all the games you've missed. At this rate I may even stop following you. Think of the consequences of THAT! Assuming that you're talking about the first one that is, not the shitty second one. Deus Ex hasn't aged particularly well so it might be hard to get into at this stage. Still one of the best games ever developed though.
I go back to the MGS trilogy quite a bit, love those games. Other than that I constantly go back to games in my steam collection like CSS, TF2, L4D ect.
Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II: Rise of The Witch King... I enjoy playing an RTS game casually every once in a while and it runs well on my computer and I enjoy the source material. I also go back to GTAIV from time to time just to mess around, Saints Row 2 would also fall into that list. Oh and almost forgot TimeSplitters 2 or Future Perfect... I love those games. :)
@eroticfishcake: you! he's laughing at you, too! laughing at you... uh.. playing great titles!! i am poor and Valkyria Chronicles isn't a very common game to find anymore. if i could find it, i'd be playing it right now.
Jak 2 - If you can't tell by my avatar, I love that game and have put an obscene amount of time into it. Also, I go through the Metal Gears every now and then, but probably MGS3 the most.
Dragon Age looks to be a game I will play over and over as well.
I am not one to go back to games often (since I have a stupidly large backlog) but I find myself popping in Crackdown to play it since it is mindless fun and I love just running around killing dudes and jumping on top of buildings.
Man I need to get around to remaking my backlog list just so I don't forget what all I need to get around to playing...
@AjayRaz: I'm going to forgive you then, for now at least since I'm pretty poor myself (stingy may be a better word though). Try asking the shop assistant if they have any since they don't seem to put that game on the shelves for some reason. They've got 'em in the back of the shop so that's the only way of getting it. (In my stores anyway.)
Too add to my list, Gran Turismo 4. I like realistic (well that's debatable) racing.
The one off the top of my head is castle crashers, I don't know why but I always come back to that game to play online or on hard mode. I could also include Super Mario Galaxy because I know that I'll go back to that one a lot. San Andreas should be on the list, I have beaten it 3 to 4 times now spending 100 to 300 hours on it.
Nothin atm, it used to be RE2 where i'd always find myself having another run through but these days i tend to move on from games alot quicker than i used to.
I went through Resident Evil 5 multiple times to max out every single weapon. I have sunk in over 100 hours in Persona 4 and I'm at the end of my second play through right now, which I should probably finish.
I play Grim Fandango at least once a year and a lot of retro gaming. I got a lot of NES, SNES and Genesis games i still play regularly. The purists will not like me for this, but i play them on an emulator just out of convenience.
