The Bath House fight scene from David Cronenberg's Eastern Promises. No over exaggerate moves, no unnecessary slow-mo, it's by far the most realistic depiction of a fight . If you haven't seen it yet then go check out this movie.

That fight scene was pretty horific if i remember, I usually love violent movies but I felt like i was watching something I shouldn't lol. Joe Pesci versus frank vincent in raging bull when he slams him in the car or in goodfellas "now run home and get your F***ing shine box!"

Mgsfreak's avatar reminded me of this.

Radien and Vamp in MGS4. Not a movie? Who cares? It's close enough.

Any number of Jacky Chan movies. Specifically, I forgot the name of it, but the one where him, Sammo Hung and Jet LI are all in one big fight scene against a bunch of bad guys.

I've gotta go with The Protector's batshit crazy one-take tower scene, or anything from Ong-Bak.

Ong Bak had some pretty sick fight scenes. The knee drop the main character pulled off in the cave had me rewind at least 4 times.
Though I hated Matrix: Reloaded for the most part the fight scene in the park with Neo versus multiple Mr. Smiths was one of my favorites of all time.
Hero was just chock full of amazing fight scenes that weren't just great technically but visually as well with their mix of colors to coincide with the different stories being told.

Seth Rogen + Flashlight vs. 16 police officers = Awesome (Observe and Report)

Seth Rogen vs. 6 Crackheads = Badass (Observe and Report)
Colin Farrell vs. Ralph Fiennes in a "Shootout" = Hilarious (In Bruges)
The Dude+Walter+Donny vs. Nihilists = also Hilarious (Big Lebowski)
Fred Simmons vs. Chuck "The Truck" Wallace = Funny (Foot Fist Way)
Chev Chellios vs. Ricky FUCKING Verona = EXTREEEEEEME (Crank.)

... I love these movies too much

Also, the flashlight fight is a sort of homage to Old Boy apparently! :P

@The_A_Drain:
The only film I can think of is Forbidden Kingdom, I've not seen it so I can't comment. It would surprise me (pleasantly) if one of Jackie Chans more recent films had a good fight scene.

My vote would be for drunken master, Jackie Chans greatest film.

Nah it's a really really old film. Definately not a recent one. I wish I remembered it. Maybe it didn't have Jet Li in it, I don't remember. Either way it was awesome. Drunken Master rules too.
