I feel that it fits fairly well with my position and attitudes on forums. I rarely post because it's rare I'll have something to say that hasn't been said already so the "vestigial" thing seemed to fit fairly well.
How did you come up with your username?
I was making an undead character in WoW. I started with Scrawny, mixed in Squanto, and came out with Scrawnto. I don't care for it all that much, to be honest, but it's better than the terrible alias I used on GameFAQs before I came here. If I could, I would probably switch to Chalupacabra, which was my name in Battlefield 2 for a while, or MennutiOs, which is my current name on Steam.
The song title given to non-U.S. release to the last track of Pavement's Brighten the Corners album.
It was the subtitle used on the Japanese version of Streets of Rage 1 - Bare Knuckle: Ikari No Tekken
I have a fever, and the only prescription is more donuts.

My nickname is Sair, and I stuck rawr in front of it, because secretly, I am quite a fan of lions...
My username is taken from a Steve Martin bit. I don't really remember the details, but i think he claimed his real name was Girn Blanston as some sort of gag. Again, i don't remember much about the routine itself, but it Girn Blanston came to mind when i needed a username, so i put it down, just to be an ass.
I was out at a dinner and booze up with a group of friends and they were talking about games they'd been playing, board games as well as computer and it came to me and I said "Have you played 'Wicked Father'? It's a game where you have to chain your kids to radiators and hide things from the neighbours..." And I came up with loads of elaborate nonsense. This was way before all that Fritzl business, and while I feel a bit of an affront I don't think he stole from me directly, it was more of a parallel evolution.
I was reading about Norse mythology and thought "Ragnarok" was a cool word. 512 has no particular meaning.
I've been thinking of changing mine. Which do you like better SlickWillyJJ (current), BoomBoomBecker, or ChiliPalmer? Or maybe something else? The reason I'm thinking of changing my username is that SOME people think slick willy means something I hadn't intended...
I'm horrible at picking screen names. I've always like the game and the term Deus Ex Machina... show I just threw my first name in there. I'd prefer to go by by real name but I like some privacy
I like semi-obscure comic book characters with multiple pasts and I also detest adding numbers to names just to get them...
Mine is from somewhere back when I first started using the internet. I took the name Boba Fett, squished it together and added my initials at the end. The only reason I kept using it was so people could find me in different games.
I was playing Lineage 1. My character's name was Shock Trooper. I died a lot. So I started a new character and called her Firebird INF. INF stands for infantry. See it makes perfect sense. Just like all MMOs
Some shitty game I was playing at the time recommended this as my username because Peasant was taken, then I used it here too. Would definitely change it to Peasant if I could.
My username happens to be a "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" reference (The "711" part was random on my part). My other username I use for gaming (and some other sites) happens to be "Master Menos" because I thought it sounded cool, especially after learning the destruction that an Menos Grande (from the Bleach series) can cause.
