Seeing as it's hitting cinema's tomorrow, how many of your are planning on going and witnessing the magic?
I was originally planning on going tomorrow for the grand opening here in Britain. But I couldn't make it due to being overly busy. So I'm planning to go thursday with my girlfriend - who is also a huge Harry Potter fan.
As lame as it sounds, I cannot wait to see it. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, followed the books from the very beginning. Read through the entire collection at least half a dozen times. It's the only book I can pick up and happily read and enter a world of my own. JK. Rowling really hit gold when she wrote that. I'll admit the last book had me in tears, well, glass eyed. I'm sad, but I love it.
(I didn't shed a tear over anything soppy, I just didn't want Dobby to die. He was badass.)
Here's a interesting quick fact - Did you know, JK Rowling came up with the idea of Harry Potter as she was taking a train ride to London. She was bored and began doodling on a piece of paper.
I'm reading through the sixth book again now - should have it finished by thursday.
So who's going to see it tomorrow? Or whenever? Don't forget the popcorn.
How many people are going to go see Harry Potter tomorrow?

The only reason I saw the previous ones was that some friends were really into it, but they're kinda not anymore, so eh, maybe if they watch it I'll tag along.
Going to go buy my tickets when my fiancee gets off work. I hope I don't have to stand in line to get into the theater. I hate that.
Edit: Just woke up from the adventure last night. Pretty good movie that 3/4 of the way followed the book. Some stuff missing, which my fiancee, who is an uber Potter nerd, griped about, but you never feel lost, and I think they've set of the last movie(s) very nicely.
I like Harry Potter. Pre-ordered the tickets for the midnight showing sooooo i'll be watching it in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Hope its good.
I don't like the haters here!! Don't worry, I am definitely seeing it. I was actually going to try and get a midnight ticket for tonight but it was sold out so I am seeing it tomorrow morning at 12:40. I can't wait and, yes, I have read all of the books at least 2 times (the last one 3 times :D) and it is my favorite series of books. One of my favorite film franchises too. Oh, and SEVERUS SNAPE.
Just saw it (in Australia so it's 'tomorrow' already). My girlfriend loves Harry Potter and, although I read a lot I've never read the books. I quite enjoyed the film, it was pretty dark overall though had a few plot holes
I'm seeing it tonight with a bunch of people i think, as we've seen most of them together. Of my close friends, i'm the only one to have read the books however.
I always feel really elitist when the movie inevitably misses out on some events and I make known my displeasure for it. They're always entertaining though, and it's interesting to see places that have only been in your imagination thus far.
I might, but not this week or weekend for that matter. The theaters are going to be PACKED. Packed with a lot of teenagers, too. Being one myself I know how fucking annoying it can get to try to watch a movie with some of our...less civilized members.
Went to the first showing at our cinema here today (11:15am) just because I am a big HP fan and wanted to see it straight away. I enjoyed it but came away a little disappointed mainly because of the last 15 or so mins (I felt that could have been done better). I really hope they do DH justice now next year since that is my favourite book after all.
