so if I turn it on and play something it'll get even hotter then probably die

I've got the opposite problem. It dropped to 25 degrees last night, and we had piles of snow as recently as last Thursday. Right now, I'm envious of anybody complaining about the heat.
i cant see the problem there arent to many games out in the summer so i spend most of my summer doing non-games related stuff and in the winter i play abit more so even if a lot of games comes out i buy most of them in the fall really cheap and then got the rest of the year to catch up witch is really great since i complete games like crazy then

I agree, summer is broken. I miss winter already, seems like spring just mysteriously vanished this year.

I love/hate summer. It's nice and all but.....it's way easier to warm up in the winter rather than cool down in the summer.

You guys suck.
I live on the water. In addition, getting to a private beach is a two minute walk away.
The temperature year around usually stays above 15 degrees Fahrenheit (this is what I would call extreme) and usually stays below 90 degrees Fahrenheit (which is fairly extreme for us). Even when it reaches around 90 degrees, it doesn't really matter because we have really nice breezes that come in.
It has been years since I used an air conditioner. I think that last time I did was in 03.

I love cold weather and I absolutely despise hot weather. Here in Jacksonville, FL we got about 2 weeks of actual winter, or atleast winter by Florida standards. It reached mid 40s and that was it. That was our winter. In January we where already getting temperatures of 80 degrees. I hate Florida and I sympathize with you, my only advice is to get a good fan.
you complain about 90 degrees!? gee you're seriously gay, here where I live we are at 117 degrees. that's 47 celsius.
