Well, I disagree. I'd only do it IF she WAS in a relationship/married, I got a boosted grade, she was good looking and I could get away with it.

Surely 'depends on her looks' is basically yes because you wouldn't go out with someone you didn't find physically attractive. And, yes I would. The tutor I used to have for tutorials was gorgeous and she was only about 5 years older than me.
I taught some college lab courses awhile back, and we were actually allowed to date students if we wanted. The catch is the student either has to transfer to another section of the class or someone else has to grade their stuff.
Since I'm giving the other side of the coin on the issue, let me tell you something that I was unaware as a student: female college students are very flirty to instructors and professors. VERY. It doesn't surprise me one bit that relationships (or whatever..) sometimes occur, because apparently there are a decent number of students who are super attracted to instructors. Go figure.
Depends, but I think many male users in here are going to say yes. If the requirements are if they get away with it, if the woman is good looking, etc. I would have to say yes, too. I have managed to have one hot teacher for the past several years.

I said no. The concept of being in a relationship with a teacher is scary, but then again all the female teachers at my high school are all over 30, so take that as you will.

lol..well the 'yes' would probably refer to the more pyschological fantasy of that mentor-student type attraction. 'Depends on her looks' would maybe refer to more physical attraction. (I want to make sweet love to her -versus- I want to slam her ass on that teacher's desk) I didn't really mean for the poll to be that specific though. :)
Since I graduated college already, I would say I would date a former professor. I find intelligence and power very attractive, but there has to be a limit.

Well, when a professor is known for giving an A to female students that wear short skirts, there are bound to be takers. I had a professor like that, a perverted old guy. I got an A in the class on my own intelligence, but had a friend who wasn't so fond of studying. Then again it can be a double edged sword though, some dude in one of my classes 'outed' a male professor. He didn't have a very good semester.
