Oh my Jesus you guys. you can hear what planets sound like

  So I'm a huge fan of space and the things in it. So when I found this little clip on a site I got super extremely OMGOMGOMG excited. As the video explains this sound isn't necessarily real time. You cannot hear this in space. But the vibrations given off can be translated into real sound. There's also a recording of Saturn (which is probably the creepiest), Uranus, Neptune, Earth, and even a BLACKHOLE (which sounds totally chaotic).

I don't know why, but I thought of Tangerine Dream while listening to this. Am I alone on that?

I don't like it. It sounds scarwy....

I've seen the anime, it's about a girl who joins what amounts to the astronaut garbage men, then every time she sees or hears something that goes against her belief she will throw a tantrum till the other party gives in, based on that i have no interest to hear a lecture from Jupiter. jk

That's pretty cool. Do you have the links to the other ones? That one's only Jupiter. 

Weird. A lot of wind and some almost metal sounds. Not ... metal. That would be awesome.

That's awesome. I'm also a fan of space and the things in it. I'm actually looking into a career in Astronomy/Physics. The only problem is that I think my Physics is a little on the weak side...

How can you not love space? For it is the final frontier! Also i call fakes on the video, it sounds too much like music. If not my mind has dos been blown, if so then double shame on whomever made it.

I don't think I believe it.  Sure you could find those particles that vibrated at frequencies that fit your need to sell a CD full of 'Jupiter' music, but the culmination of all those vibrations won't sound so musical to a human ear.
 
By that same logic you could say any music ever written was being given off by any astral body.  The 'real' sounds are almost always going to sound like white noise or wind.

I find space to be our true answer to our existence. It's just disguised by nothingness. Not even our imaginatively wonderful technologies can comprehend what's out there, or what is even contained within the other planet-carrying solar systems, also being carried by star-carrying galaxies.
 
When we fight with logic and religious-logic, we should think about what's really out there and say, "Who are we to think so vaguely?"

Did you know that if you are being sucked into a black hole it will sem like seconds until you reach the center, yet if you see someone being sucked in you'll never see them reach the center. This is because they distort time. And also they are virtually invisible. Scientists are able to locate them from how objects around them are effected. I kind of wrote a paper on black holes in schools once... "
