Olive Garden = Death
The Olive Garden. An Italian chain restaurant that serves some of the most amazing pasta on the planet. Now the Olive Garden is where I dined last night in honor of my Grandmothers birthday (68 years old). Everything was all fine and good (good booze too) until the food came. Oh my goodness. Seafood Protofino (pasta, mushrooms, shrim, scalps, and clams with a garlic-butter wine sauce), 4-5 breadsticks, Zupa Toscana (potato and sausage soup), 2 margaritas, a Sam Adams Octoberfest, and a piece of Olive Garden's oversweet cake did me in. I consumed all of this with no leftovers. All I can say is that right now, my insides hurt. The boss said that he would make it all go away and replace it with bright lights (kudos to anyone who knows where that comes from). Right now I am sitting at my desk at work feeling miserable. It feels like death is creeping up on me. My stomach is going to go boom. :'(
It is a result of this mysterious illness that I will not be writing my next Review of Random Things today. You may have to wait a day or two for me to be able to review the item that I plan on reviewing as it requires me to be in good heath. Just please be patient and I will post it as soon as I am able.
That being said, I am planning on getting out of here very soon as I need my blanky and my pillow right now along with Fuzzy Lumpkins to keep me safe.

Olive Garden is good. The Seafood Portofino is one of my favorites.
Also, kudos for the The Dark Knight reference.

TDK is way overrated.
Breadsticks + Alfredo Sauce = Fucking Win
P.S. Refereneces are a lot funnier if you don't put (THIS IS A REFERENCE!) next to it which is pretty much what you did.
Hate their commercials, love their breadsticks. Has anyone ever gone to Olive Garden and seen the "attractive tri-race group of friends laughing" table? Those commercials always have a black couple, white couple, and asian/hispanic couple all at the same table, yukking it up and having misunderstandings about what to order.
I have good news. I have pulled through my illness, and am recovering quite nicely. Its a miracle what beer and good tequilla will do for you. Its just what the doctor ordered.
Sam Adams Oktoberfest? That is just wrong. German beers must be consumed if "Oktoberfest" is to be in it's title. ;)
All the same, Olive Garden is great. One of my favorite restaurants. Even with bad service I never leave unsatisfied.
