" @Binman88: Your going to have fun with Batman. Initially i didn't want to buy it, cause i'm not that into superheroes. But Batman really surprised me, the combat is really good. Has some nice stealth moments too. It does have its faults too, but mostly they are overlooked. "I've already played about 7 or 8 hours of it (two days off work :P) and I'm loving it. It comes across as a very polished game and there's just so damn much stuff to do.
What came in the mail?
" @pornstorestiffi said:Yeah, i completed it in two days, took me around 10-12 hours on Hard. Felt like a good length for that game, plus there is ton of stuff to go collect when your done as you mentioned." @Binman88: Your going to have fun with Batman. This topic didn't really take off as i originally planned, but whatever i'm going to bump the shit anyhow. Got two packages from Hong Kong today.
God of War Collection and a Cross Battle Adapter.
Got a code for the GOW3 demo which i'm downloading now. And also got a code for a free Little Big Planet theme, so if anyone has a japanese account and wants a free LBP theme let me know, cause i'm not going to use it.
Last thing I got was Assassins Creed II. Got it for a steal off ebay, AUD$64.
Was a little scared when the box came with NTSC-J on it. Wasn't sure if it would run or not on my 360. Thank the lord it did.
Got a letter from PC World today, telling me they couldn't fix my Archos 605 wi-fi, so instead they gave me vouchers worth €350 to buy a new mp3 player. Pretty sweet, considering i got the Archos for €300. Gotta love that warranty.
" These things came a couple of days ago, but just to keep things rolling..Really dig the picture.

Today I got pastries from my Uncle! He sends them to us every Christmas, and they are so delicious! I can't wait to chow down on them!
Right now, I'm expecting some headphones I mailed to Sony to return soon. They're $20, but they work pretty good. Can't wait to get them back!
I kind of wish this was more like the NeoGAF thread, because I love seeing what others have gotten, but oh well. This is more like a bump than anything else, but I received my 6 arcade buttons today:
To day I got the Bioshock/Oblivion bundle I'm excited because I like Oblivion and I haven't played Bioshock yet. Although, it may be to scary for me.
Japanese Limited Edition Soundtrack for Final Fantasy XIII
" @pornstorestiffi: The last thing that came in the mail for me was this movie called Into the Wild that I received from Netflix. I have not watched it yet.Dude, Into the Wild is an amazing movie. Watch it as fast as possible

A Seodio Innocase for my Droid.
In my Giantbomb mailbox, I got 2 messages. One informing me that oldschool is now following me. The other was a message telling me he replied to one of my posts in a thread. Yay.
" This thread should be locked, and a new one entitled "Whatcha Buyin'?" should be started.GRAN TORINO: GET OFF LAWN!
In any case, I tend to do just a little too much shopping online. Amazon is essentially supported entirely by my bank account. I just got these items a few days ago.
1. Full Metal Panic: The Complete Collection
Haven't really gotten around to watching any of this yet. Honestly, this was an impulse purchase. After watching all of Love Hina and reading the manga series of the same name in its entirety, my appetite for that whimsical combination of whacky comedy and undeniably cute (kawaii?) romance became insatiable. Right now, however, I'm watching through the entire Dragon Ball Z series, currently up to the second disc of season seven. Hopefully this thing will be waiting for me once I'm finished.
2. Blu-rays! Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn/Wrath of the Dragon Double Feature; Gran Torino; Slumdog Millionaire (oops) x2
So before anyone asks, yeah, there are two copies of Slumdog Millionaire in this picture. I was surprised myself upon opening the shipment, and as it turns out from reading the packing slip, I had indeed accidentally purchased two copies of the movie. I'm going to be returning one of them to Amazon tomorrow, but hey, it arrived in the mail, and to not show it here would be cheating the entire purpose of the thread. Gran Torino I picked up after borrowing the DVD from a friend. The movie was awesome, and I just couldn't resist adding it to my (substantial) blu-ray collection. Oh, and I got the Dragon Ball Z movie because I wanted it.
3. Ar Tonelico and Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor
Ar Tonelico remains sealed until I can find the time and/or motivation to walk down to my storage unit and grab my PlayStation 2 (I don't drive). I've heard from several sources that there are some problems with using a backwards compatible PS3 to play the game, and I really just don't want to have my save tied down to a hard drive if I were to decide a few hours in that those issues aren't worth the convenience of not having to go and pick up my PS2. I've gotten a couple of hours into Devil Survivor, and it really is great. It's not at all difficult to recommend to RPG enthusiasts, especially if a striking combination of Final Fantasy Tactics and Persona 4 sounds right up their alley.
