At rate the world is going I foresee huge conflicts over resources, especially oil. This will probably mean more wars on a global scale. But then again maybe I'm just a pessimist.
I believe our world will be split among two ideologies: Islam and the "heretics." Seriously, Muslim extremists have successfully pissed off EVERY logical human being on the planet. Backlash is imminent, their luck will only stretch so far....
as long as its nothing like Logans Run it won't be to bad, i would prefer the Futurama future where there are suicide machines around every corner its good way to keep the population in check and perhaps lower taxes?

Well seeing how Global Warming just simply doesnt exist I dont see how thats going to finish us, Nuclear Wars on the other hand probably could of course questions is when, where, how?
Assuming that leap year corrections are accurate, and no perceptible or unadjusted slowing of the earth orbit around the sun, or axial spin, we'll be in the exact same place, give or take a few thousand miles.
