I have many, but the most dangerous was when i was in school, we were building toy cars, and i was leaning on mine to push on the wheel. I heard a massive crack in my neck, and my head got pulled to the side.
When at the hospital they said theres a muscle on each side of your neck that holds your head straight, i had somehow fucked up the left one so the muscle on the right contracted and pulled my head in.
If i had of done the both in, my head would have gone limp and snapped me neck.
I had to wear a dam neck collar thing for 2 months.
Worst Injury you have had?
bruised kidney during a soccer match. lets just say my piss wasn't exactly yellow for a whole week o_0
double compound fracture of the arm......... bones out of skin are nasty..... happened in a football game....
About 9 years ago I was snowboarding and thought i'd set up a skateboard quarterpipe at the bottom of the hill and cover it with snow. All day we'd been launching off of it and doing tricks. The very last attempt for me (obviously) is the time I decided to hit it going full speed. At the last min. I decided to carve to slow down a bit, and it set me up crooked for the launch. I lost my balance mid air and ended up almost horizontal in the air. I didn't want to land on my back and butt, so i put my arm back to break my fall. Bad move. I ended up fracturing my wrist internally in 2 spots, elbow externally in 3 places, splitting the skin and tearing muscle. Blood just seeped right through my jacket as I layed there. I got rushed to a hospital an hour away, and had everything repaired. I now have 2 plates about 12 pins a 4 inch screw, and a 8 inch screw.. and chicken wire holding parts of my bones together. I also now have a 10 inch scar going vertical down my elbow. I did get to play some classic NES in the hospital as part of my recovery. That was pretty fun!
When I was little (anytime from 3rd to 5th grade, I can't remember) I was at one of my friends house on the swingset. We were both trying to see which one could jump the farthest off the swings. Unfortunatly, I won. I jumped so far that I was in the air above the brick padio. In order to prevent my face from being flattened I put out my arm. My elbow was fractured.
I also split my knee on pavement when I was younger. Aside from that, I have not been injured to severely. *Knock on wood.*
When I was about 12 I tripped and put my hand down to break my fall and I landed with my fingers vertical and my left ring finger bent back and it broke, that was the only bone i've ever broke.
A Few more of my injuries are: Smashed toe, Burst artery in nose(bled for 3 days til i went to hospital), shot in the nuts with a Black widow catapult (that hurt)
I almost shot myself with my crossbow last year, i put a bolt in it, then lowered it, the bolt fell out just as the string went, if the bolt hadnt fell out i would have been nailed to the ground.
Fun times.
"I have had loads of bone breaks, been stabbed etc, but the most painful injury I have ever had was torn chest muscles.stabbed?? care to explain?

When I was about 5 years old, I fell of a tree branch upside down and hit my head on a concrete bird bath and had to get stitches in my head.
The near detachment of my left ear and my head. I was lucky because most of my hearing stayed intact. I got hit in the ear by a ball that was harder than a baseball and it managed to break the skin that kept my ear attached to my head.
When I was a kid I used to do a lot of dumb stuff involved bikes and dangerously angled slopes. Once I was hurling down a ~45° slope with a tiny ass bike and basically landed skull-first on cement because there was this giant gap on the ground that I didn't see coming.
I ended up in the emergency room toilet looking at a hole on my forehead that clearly showed my skull. A couples stitches and years later, I am amazed at the regenerative ability of the human body.
EDIT:
Oh and once I pierced my thumb through (and through) the nail in a motorcycle (that's still is technically a bike... which is scary...) chain gear as I was trying to fix is. That was extremely painful and took about a year and a half to completely heal (read: nail falls-off, new nail grows back).
hmmm....well when i was 12 i wripped all the skin off of my ankle and it grew back as a keloid scar....i've had 160 shots in my ankle since then and it's pretty small now thanks to the help of steroids......here's a pic ^_^
Last summer I was dumb enough to tie a rope to the end of a boat, make a hole to put my hand in, and let the boat drag me, screwed my hand up pretty bad, lucky I didn't get it ripped off.
When I was around 6 I was riding in the car with my father. I wasn't wearing my seat belt (saftey belt laws were quite lenient back then) and the door flew open as he went around a corner throwing me onto the pavement. It tore the side of my face up pretty bad as well as messed up my left foot. I looked like Two-face for about a month, the whole side of my face was a giant scab. Luckily I didn't require any stitches and the only scar I retained is above my eyebrow. It's hardly noticeable anymore.
I've cut my head twice. Once when I was like 4 and I needed to go to the hospital and they stapled the cut closed, the second time was when I was in grade 7 and they put this weird glue stuff on it to close it and then put two butterfly bandages on it.
I gotta tell you though, you have the best sleeps ever after bleeding out for an hour.
I don't know what mine would be. I've never broken any bones. Mine would probably be just falling off my bike or something.
Injury would probably be between the big toe's nail being ripped off, and losing 5 teeth in one go while running up the stairs at 6.
Slipped, CRASHED my bare teeth onto the concrete. Blood. Everywhere.
"Appendicitis. ReTarDedFisHy's glad they didn't have to remove it :Swere they your kid teeth, or the ones you have your whole life?

Aside from braking my right arm and wrist etc. It is probably when I was like 10, I just one day woke up and had these cramps in both of my feet. It lasted the whole day and in the end they had to drive me to the hospital. The doctors had no idea what had happend, they just said that if it happened again we should come back..

Thank God they were my baby teeth. Actually grew up with a good set of teeth. Can't imagine having fake ones, or... not at all :S :S
"Fell down a flight of stairs and shattered my C6 vertebra. I was in halo traction for 3 months. No permanent damage beside an achy neck when the weather changes.ReTarDedFisHy's sympathy :'(
What do I win? ;)

I lost 2 permanent teeth and ripped half of the side of my mouth off. Then I got a rare blood problem thing (Kowasaki I think it's called) and had to stay in the hospital, getting stitches, being hooked up to machines, and having this tube in my mouth which sucked out chunky blood.
When I was smaller, I almost chewed off my own tongue after a dentist appointment left my tongue numb.
Broken thumb, shattered 3rd and 4th metatarsal bones in my foot, broken collar bone ... all playing rugby.

Moderator Edit: I'm removing this video because it is quite disturbing in nature. It was a video of a hockey player getting his throat cut and bleeding all over the ice.
