I would rather work for the Giant Bomb crew. I might be in their podcast. It would be cool.

It's a tougher call than you'd think, but I gotta go with the 4K a month for gaming thing. That'd just be too fucking cool.

Dude, 4k a month for gaming is too awesome a deal to turn down.  The GB crew is completely awesome and I would love a job opportunity with them, but having to only play games and make probably 3 - 4 times as much as if I worked at the GB office on minimum wage is much more appealing.

As much as I love GB I gotta go with the money, in these times you just can't pass that up.  As long as I get to listen to the podcasts, watch the vids, and do everything I'm doing now on the site then yea, I stick with my choice.

As much as I love GB and its crew if I only make 8.50 thats not gotta make me ends meet and @ the end of the day all the cool talks and experiences don't mean jack if I can't take care of myself.  
 
Plus I'm freaking playing games for 4k a month, whats not to love about that. 

Giantbomb is amazing and all. but really, 4grand? Thats not a quesiton. Im sure even the duders at GB would pick the 4grand

i went with the 4k. 1 grand a week is just to sweet to pass up. 
 but it also depends on wether i have to be sitting there playing games 24/7 or do i just play when ever i feel it?

$50,000 a year to play games at home every day?  That's actually not too far off from my life.

My bad. I saw week instead of month. Still, what I said still stands. Creepy and whatnot.

Gotta take the Giant Bomb job. Great experience working with those guys, and maybe you could move up to a decent wage. 
 
4k a month isn't really what I want to be making when it comes down to it, but I know I could never leave a job as easy as that.

I'm not sure I'd want to play 40-50 hours of video games every week, alone in my house, even if I'm getting paid $48k a year to do it. 
 
And I'm not sure I'd want to work at minimum wage for anyone, especially in California (higher cost of living than IL).  Plus, I really like my spectator seat when it comes to Giant Bomb activities.
 
So I'll go with the boring, lame, and unexciting answer and say neither.

I need the money. So I'm going with the 4k a month. I can just fly to Sausalito with the money that I'll be making. :)

A.  It requires less effort and I can work from home.

You see I chose working with Giant Bomb because of the long run. After a year of working in the office, you can later go to E3 for free, be on the podcast, hell, you might even take Jeff's spot once he becomes CEO of the Whiskey media (you heard it from me first).

question: if i work at my house for $4000 can i still hang out with the dudes at giantbomb for free?

i chose work with giantbomb but damn the other choice if pretty good too

I love the Giant Bomb crew, but I've been out of work since my previous job kicked the bucket nearly a year ago. I need me some money- I'll take the $4000 please.

Definitely B because eventually I would have enough money to buy Sausalito.

I'd do A for a few months until I'm swimming in money, then would switch to B.

i would go with 4,000 a month. it would be pretty good. working minimum wage with the crew would just be meh. on the internet i would be a little bit famous but in the real world i would just be some duder who works in an office that's about video games.

Work with the Giantbomb crew, as it would probably give me more experience in the buisness. Which could then lead to other things if something wasn't working out at Giantbomb. It would be a great opportunity to meet and work with people I've been a fan of (well, their work) for so many years.

Four grand a month for sitting on my ass playing games is too good to pass up.

I have a feeling that I would hate Ryan and Jeff in person, so I'll choose neither.

I would have to go with the money, so A. It would be hard to pass that up.

Living on minimum wage (especially in CA) is a fucking nightmare.
