I like to think I'm in good shape, go to the gym every day for some weight training, then do some running, mostly HIIT followed by a couple miles (my time's hovering around 6:15), but I'm a sprinter, not a long distance runner
Would you say you're in good shape?
Very good shape. Dedicated mountain biker. I enjoy lifting weights... I almost have a 6 pack... christ is it hard to get them to show.
Good shape, but I could be alot more active and fit. I was about 175 pounds before my tennis season, and I have gained like an inch or two since then, and lost about 10 pounds. Weight wise, I'm great. I haven't ran a mile in awhile to be able to check that time, though. I intend on working out a lot throughout the summer, however.

most people think when you get into gaming you put on weight, i found the opposite when i was gaming a lot would stop me going out as much on nights out and stuff and drinking loads and then just doing nothing all day made me eat less coz didnt get as hungry so stayed in pretty good shape, recently not been playing many games and have been going out drinking and stuff much more so packed on a few, few trips to the gym shud sort that tho
I'm in good shape. I'm 23 years old, 6'2" 185-190lbs. I go to the gym and do cardio regularly. Also I generally eat well, except for the occasional junk foods. Last time I timed myself I ran 1 mile in about 5 minutes 30 seconds, my goal is to reach 5 minutes flat.
Staying in shape is 50% exercise and 50% eating well. A lot of people exercise but don't eat well, and if that's the case you will not get the results you're looking for.
