Have you ever thought about how Gears of War came to life? Well, i found this on another forum. Give me your thoughts on that. I think its pretty embarrasing!

RE4 sucked its not an resident evil game it has no connection in story in nearly any way shape or form, It didn't reinvent the over the shoulder view because guess what the over the the shoulder view actually has to be good in the game let alone do something new, Over the shoulder had been done before RE4. Crapcom hasn't made a game i enjoyed in a long long time.

P.P.S: whats funny is the creator of resident evil the guy that created the shitty RE4 wont play RE5 though they are the same action games in the end.

Pointing out those similarities in the two games is kind of ridiculous. It's like pointing out that Doom is in the first person perspective and has guns therefor every game that involves either of those is a shameless rip off.

The chainsaw in RE4 also only makes small appearances, where in Gears it's a core game mechanic for the enemy and the player alike.

How many games use use guns? Every single first-person-shooter is a ripoff.
