Take on the role of Niko Bellic, a Serbian immigrant who comes to the US at his cousin Roman's request, to find a better life, search for "that special someone" and participate in lawless activities in an upgraded generation of Liberty City.

    The American Dream

The long waited Grand theft auto 4 is finally here is it the GTA that we have been waiting for or should we forget about it and keep playing vice city. The story begins as a european named Niko Belic who ships off after talking with his cousin to persuade Niko to come to america to live the big life with cars, mansions, girls, etc.... What Niko doesn't know is that his cousin lied to him and that his cousin is actually in a mix with drug dealers and gang bangers that are out to get him and he is using Niko to help him out. The story will have some surprises and it's twists and a very shocking ending that will leave you with one great storyline.
The gameplay is great as a third person view with a lot of variety of weapons, vehicles, mentioning the rocket launcher, shotguns, pistols, and hand weapons. The free roam is not gone and rockstar studious nails the free roam perfectly as usual and missions can be activated through the new cell phone that you get from your cousin. The cell phone is also used to go into online multiplayer (the first online GTA ever), to look up your phonebook for important people, or to even mess around with certain settings like ring tones or backgrounds.
The visuals are fantastic, the great heights and still seeing cars pass by also pedestrians, the colored, detailed cars and charcters are amazing, with every breath taking explosion and wreck. The voices are great with nice accents to match the right characters, the music as usual is head on with popular artists and songs and everyone should have heard some of the songs.
Overall this is a game that you can't possibly miss out on and maybe the best grand theft auto game that is a near perfect game that's a great addition to the franchise. 4.5/5

To live again in Liberty City... (TLAD) 0

It’s a bit weird how this generation has introduced the inclusion of downloadable content, as on the one hand it theoretically allows games to be expanded in fantastic ways, but on the other hand companies like Namco Bandai and Electronic Arts have made DLC rear its ugly head. Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and Damned not only proves a good justification for the existence of DLC, but also expands on the idea of what DLC can really do and sets a lead that all other developers and publishers should fo...

The Lost and Damned Review 0

The Lost and Damned is a download available on the Xbox Live Marketplace, PSN, and for download for PC for $20, respectively.  The expansion, while still being an expansion, is an entirely new game with new characters, story, weapons, vehicles, activities, and multiplayer modes.  While there are no new areas to explore, TLAD features the Rockstar brand of storytelling that everyone has come to know and love. Johnny Klebitz, VP of The Lost The Lost and Damned stars Johnny Klebitz, the Vice-Presid...
